Review 1：We were informed, in an email, that room service would be available for a limited amount of time on New Year's Eve evening but when we arrived (after travelling 8hrs from Spain) there was no service available.

Review 2：The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable and no noise could be heard from other rooms or corridors.

Review 21：The hotel is almost inside the train station. Our room was literally less than 15 meters from the train stop. We could hear every time a train was announced. And that started very very early in the morning. Our bathroom was also under very bad conditions, with stains on the sink and a cracked bathtub.

Review 23：Hotel not 4 star. At best 3 star. The star rating was given in 2011 and is for 5 years. No tissues in room, no toilet brush, English TV channels didn't work, no bar fridge. Some noise from railway even with windows closed. Hotel looking very tired - carpets with stains in hallways. Smoking rooms and non smoking rooms adjacent and hallways smelt of cigarettes.

Review 25：the staff sniggered when we complained there was only one armchair in our room, with plenty of room for a second armchair. Isn't this a 4star hotel! We were told 'it's the principle' principle of... bad business sense? meanness? we don't know. At breakfast they only had two tables laid out right next to each other for the staff convenience, you couldn't choose to sit where you wanted. breakfast was congealed and dry, I had to spit the sausage out it was inedible.

Review 29：Everything in this place is on the cheap. Their wifi network didn't work properly, the breakfast was shocking, the Interior Design of the hotel leaves something to be desired. Fixtures that are 20 years old in style, furniture that is severely chipped/scratched, the whole place looks like its been done on the cheap. Never again.

Review 89：The ac is not adjustable in the rooms so i had to freeze for 2 days. Stayed there 2 times already and all rooms are the same. No room service after 22h, you have to get down to the reception even for a glass of wine.

Review 90：This hotel is located directly near the Train Station and seems to be as clean as the station. I can not believe some sites rate it with 3 or even 4 stars. If you are comming from a civilized country you will find this similar to a trucker's motel. Hairs everywere, old cracked tile, blood on the bathroom floor,not even a freshly vacuumed carpet.Hardly a two star. Seems like it was rented by the hour. Dirty, old , deteriorated. Very stiff beds, although this seems to be specific for Europe. Staff was friendly and is not their faul they work in a dump... I understand that old hotels can't look as nice as new ones, but there is no escuse for poor housekeeping.

Review 118：This is a typical business hotel. Everything is efficient, but very unpersonal. We stayed here one night to visit Tours and was more the sufficient. The location is also good next to the central train station (which is the beginning of the city center).

Review 129：We were disappointed that the room safe did not work, and when Ireported this to staff was told that they would have to change all thesafes in the hotel, and we could use the safe at the front desk. This isnot the same thing at all. Also the scrambled eggs for breakfast had atexture we have never come across before, were they powdered? This wasall through our stay so not just a one off.
