Review 1：The room 367 was noisy, even though I requested a room in a quiet location. Motors, fans etc. above our room, constant droning noise. Breakfast Buffet food and drinks not piping hot.

Review 2：Lovely setting and our spacious room had views over the golf course. It has the potential to be much better. Evening Meal was very good.

Stayed at the Premier Inn in Dover the night before. Just felt PI tried harder for a third of the price.

Review 10：Having a gym and pool. Surrounding the hotel are grass and trees, guests feel very relaxing. The dinner quality is perfect. The breakfast is also not bad, though not excellent.

Review 11：Room was poorly soundproofed - woken up regularly by other guests in the corridor and on the Thursday night woken at 2.30am by conference delegates partying outside the front door of the hotel.

Le moindre service est payant - ex: les vélos ne sont pas prêtés, mais loués, l'accès au tennis est payant, .. pour une famille de 10 personnes, la note monte très vite alors que le tarif des chambres est déjà bien élevé

Review 34：Morning staff person could have been more kind with regard to directions since we were from the US and obviously did not know exactly how to get to CDG. A simple solution would have been to print a map. Unfortunately we asked for auditory directions twice and on the second attempt, we got a surly "As I said....." Hopefully his manager reads this and suggests a more professional approach if asked again. Without this departing note, the stay would have been lovely.

Review 35：Nice distance from airport since we had a next day flight. Modern, spacious, clean rooms and expansive grounds. Indoor pool, sauna, steam room.

They seemed unable to deal with a table of very drunk loud Americans who were impacting on the whole bar which seemed very unprofessional as they continued to serve them alcohol when it was obvious they should not have.

Review 41：The hotel is very good to visit both Senlis and Chantilly if you are driving, not sure how you will get there if not. Rooms good size and clean, breakfast very good with a good selection of fruits.

Review 42：I arrived at the hotel at 10:45 PM after a 650km drive and I asked at the bar for a sandwich or similar easily prepared food. The bar manager, a male in a suit, flatly refused to provide any food, saying that service stopped at 10:00PM. I explained that I had broken down on the autoroute and had not eaten since breakfast, but he still refused. The hotel receptionist was far more helpful and got me a club sandwich --- in the bar; she explained that sandwiches are available in the bar until 3:00AM. The bar manager's attitude was really a deterrent to go back there..

We had also booked for 4 and requested an extra bed for a 3yr old which they confirmed, on arrival they said 5 couldn't go in a room! It was eventually sorted out, not what you need after a long drive. Swimming pool is a little tired.

When food finally came it was without any cutlery, so we had to wait again. Service varied widely each time we ate there. Coffee was stale. Food quality also varied from good to poor.

Review 53：Get a family room that opens onto the river (behind a floor to ceiling window !). My boys loved watching the fish for hours. Big room. Comfy beds. Nice bathroom. Great buffet breakfast. Nearby Juliette pizzas and galettes perfect for families.

Review 54：When we arrived late, we had to wait 30 minutes to check in due to person in front of us. However there are no support from other staff even they are passing by front desk constantly. It is very difficult to wait that long especially holding two babies. No friendly staff.

Review 125：The room was of the same quality as an IBIS but double the price. Only two of the gym equipment were plugged in for use. There were two restaurants but only one was open. We booked a table at 8pm on a friday night and despite there being several tables for two available they put us next to a family with children who were playing games on a phone at full volume. Another diner asked them to turn the volume down but they reduced it only slightly. We asked the waitress if we could move and she took us out to a table in the bar and said there were no more tables even though we had given our table up. We sat in the bar and were not even asked if we wanted a drink, we left after about 10 minutes and had dinner in Chantilly.

Review 126：The hotel is well placed for Chantilly and has a beautiful entrance and is set in beautiful grounds. It has a good gym, swimming pool, steam room and sauna.

Review 129：This was the first hotel were I felt clearly not welcome. Details : We booked a last minute rate and during check in we were asked to pay 45 EUR more. The room was advertised with a bathtub (but apparently all rooms on the category Terrace have no bath tub). So we asked to change the room, but had to negotiate the rate with the reception. Finally while checking out the price was still not correct. Really felt that if I don't pay enough, I'm not entitled to enjoy my stay at this hotel. Very disappointed.
