Review 1：staff is sad, very formal - just pay and go. Breakfast is not included in the price and offer absolute minimum, no fresh bagiette, nothing hot (no eggs, sausages,ect.) - just "plastic" food. It's better to spend money for breakfast outside.
Review 2：location is quite good, not so far from metro (10-12 min walk). Small, quite and clean rooms. Room standart acceptable in 100%.

Review 12：The area surrounding the hotel was really lovely. A short walk from bus and metro. Very friendly and helpful staff (and a super shower. Comfortable bed after long days of sightseeing.
Review 13：Had to pay for parking although it was nearby but hard to find (under street). Parking instructions only in French. Room was a bit small but our room had a queen and a twin bed. TV was very small.

Review 24：We didn't like payment method: hotel blocked our money n the credit card, but we should pay in cash on the reception and then they promised to unblock our money on the card, so in order to live in this hotel you should have double amount of money: on the card and cash/card you should pay on the reception. Very unexpected and unpleasant situation.

Review 33：The odour of the room leaves a lot to be desired. Either due to the age of the building or water, not sure, there was a bad smell. The front door looks at night and you need to be buzzed in by a member of the staff that sleeps in the lobby. Luxury was not really a feature.

Review 40：We booked this hotel for its location; it' s placed close to theairport bus shuttle stop. It was really helpful. The metro station wasnot far from it and there was a food store nearby.

The hotel had to either unblock deposit or to use deposit for payment! It's a simple standard procedure! It's a shame that hotel staff does not understand it. - There is no ventilation in bathroom - No free wi-fi

Review 50：Wi-fi is free but most of time you can't use it (the connection is terrible). Avenue du Roule is quite noisy, be ready for that.
Review 51：The location is very convenient if you have to be closer to Port Maillot. Ville de Neuilly-sur-Seine is also the district I like very much. If you are interested in this location, it's absolutely value for money to stay in this hotel.
Review 52：1. The Wifi disconnects every hour. I had to relogin it every hour. 2. I arrived on 8/15, and it provided free breakfast on 8/16. When I lived in the hotel second time on 8/24, I was rejected to have free breakfast on 8/25 morning. The staff said the thing is changed. 3. I was surprised the staff couldn't give me the digital printed out receipt. He had to handwriting the receipt for my hotel payment.

Review 54：The building is very old and spooky at night time because I was walking around at 1:30am. The elevator can only fit one person and I don't recommend to use the elevator at night time.

Arc de Triomphe is located within 15 minutes walk, it is very close to the Palais de Congress, near the Porte Maillot metro and RER stations. 5 minutes walk from Beauvais Airport shuttle bus stop and also from airfrance cars bus stop - from CDG airpor, supermarket - 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Very quiet area. I had no problem with the internet connection, but connection is sponsored so you have to watch a youtube video - 1 minute, but that is hapening almost in all Paris. Rooms look exactly like the pictures. Relation quality to price is the best in comparison to the surrounding hotels.
