Review 1：Front desk staff in the morning not courteous. You should not do a front line work if you don't like to interact with people. The Suite was old but pretty clean except the toilets but I guess it was forgotten by mistake.

Review 2：The Hotel is very well located in the village of Riquewihr. The center of the village is within a walking distance, about 3 minutes. The staff we met when we arrived on a Friday evening was very nice. The lady at the bar called Anne Laure was lovely! Everyone should have a drink there before going to bed as she's a character but such a very nice one. However in the morning the two ladies at the front desk were unpleasant. The breakfast was wonderful! It was delicious and very good quality for a very good price. We especially liked to be able to sample the Alsace specialties like Kouglof, St Nicolas Brioches, Chocolate "Pain d'epices" and delicious Viennoiseries. The pool is decent size and the water was warm.

Review 3：We were on the top floor and the air conditioning units on the top of the roof were VERY loud. We had trouble getting to sleep. Breakfast was overpriced so we didnt eat there.

Review 5：We booked the hotel because it was advertised with air condition, but the air con was not working and it was 38 degree. The room did not cool down at all and we had to leave earlier. The pool was very small (looked bigger in picture) and the water was to warm, not refreshing

Review 9：Plastic undersheet on the bed was very uncomfortable. Water pressure from the shower was much less than from the tap. Pool temperature was too warm to really enjoy.

Review 11：The temperature in our room was an unbearable 30c plus through the night. The Management knew the air conditioning was not working, but made no attempt to improve the situation. No bottled water or electric fan in the room. We were told to open the windows as much as possible, to no effect. We were offered a bottle of wine to compensate after the event, which we refused. We would never stay there again! They seemed to care not the slightest. Obviously not enough completion in the area!

Review 13：It is a long story... Broken air-con (during the heat wave) that it was not informed to customers proactively. The arrogant attitude of the manager was something unbelievable. They do not have any idea of customer service when it comes to a problem solving situation. Avoid this hotel if possible.

Review 15：The air conditioning was defunct and no repairs were imminent. It was very hot at the time. The breakfast dishes and mess were not cleared from the tables in a timely manner. The top floor rooms included steep stairs to the sleeping loft. All facilities on the lower level.

Review 17：Room style... (lack of) I used to expect high standards of style from our French cousins, but the style in some of their hotels is surprising, this hotel was no exception. Plastic covers on the mattress was a final straw, which hotels have plastic covers ??? Have they had a bad run of incontinent guests? This was so uncomfortable.

Review 23：The hotel is relatively old and nothing fancy and didn't like was; the shower ran very little, though from faucet ran normal enough water. It looks the hotel wants save money, but in the morning to start with fresh feeling is very important when you are on holiday. The interior was also nothing fancy rather outdated. The cleaning was not done properly at 2nd day. Just change towels and bed sheets.

The breakfast buffet was plentiful and reasonably priced (11Euro) for all that was offered. Staff was accommodating and even kept the small bar open for us to have a night cap with visiting family members on both nights that we were there.

Hotel provides a spacious car parking being located next to the vineyards, having a good ratio of value for money. It's easily accessible from the autoroute Colmar - Strasbourg, giving you the opportunity to visit these cities.

Review 44：The sauna was broken, it's not a big deal but if you chose this hotel over another one for the sauna you'd be disappointed. The air conditioning didn't work on the second night.

Review 45：Simple convenient and well priced, this hotel was ideal for my girlfriend and I. The swimming pool is small but fantastic to have after a hot day of walking, I've never stayed at a hotel that has a pool at this price! Very nice breakfast, although a bit pricey.

Review 46：Some of the staff seemed rather diffident - perhaps because my French wasn't perfect, and they didn't speak much English, but we'd had no problems elsewhere. There was a bar but it was at the end of the breakfast room & didn't have much atmosphere. No restaurant at the hotel and it's a bit of a walk to the restaurants in the village if the weather isn't good!

Review 94：Hospitality great as usual. This was our third time to stay here and will not be our last. Hotel worked with us when we had to leave early because of a medial emergency.

Review 95：It was quite a nice stay in December. With very warm rooms and staffs, Icould completely forget the cold winter in Alsace. The hotel is notlocated in the center of village, but it's not a problem. You canreach in 3 minutes by walk.

Review 122：As a family of 5 we stayed in the apartment which was located downstairsnext to the gym/ pool. We stayed for one night and the apartment wasvery spacious. We picked this hotel because it had 2 bedrooms and anindoor pool. My kids loved the pool, while basic it suited their needsand was just outside the door (we didn't hear any noise from peopleusing the space).

Review 123：The rooms needed upgrading old cheap pine furniture & floor coverings, not one picture or painting in bedrooms. WC smelt of WC The owner ? was the most unpleasant female ever! Whilst paying she didnt smile, did not have any eye contact did not ask about visit or anything. Never thanked me after I had paid.

Cnn was listed as available inthe hotels tv information listing but was not available. As we werestaying for 3 nights we hoped that a simple retuning could solve theproblem but when we raised this with the manageress she told us it wastoo expensive for her to provide, and her attitude to us was verydismissive. Embarrassing and not a very pleasant experience for us.

Review 129：This is a very good hotel, about 1500m/one mile from Riquewehr, surrounded by vineyards. The rooms are not large but comfortable, and very well and tastefully furnished. The staff are friendly and goodnatured. Genuinely dog-friendly. There's a small swimming pool in the basement, which is a major plus after a long day. Good reliable wifi.
