Review 1:bad wifi too many stairs hard to find parking but its free no facilities such as kettle, iron machine. ... staff doesn't understand any ward in english
Review 2:good location beautiful place
Review 3:Had to drag cases up several flights of stairs no lift and got to the restaurant 3 mins before 930 and they wouldn't serve us we then had to trapse through the whole town to try and find food which was difficult as everywhere closed at 930!! Not what you need after driving all the way from calais.
Review 4:Good location
Review 5:Parking of car is a bit of lottery
Review 6:Good location to access and to take a walk in the city centre Very friendly staff Excellent restaurant, both for breakfast and dinner Comfortable and very clean rooms
Review 7:Nothing. (The interior design at this hotel was not our cup of tea - but interesting to study.)
Review 8:Very central in interesting town. Nice breakfast. With card from the hotell you will park free.
Review 9:The fact that breakfast was [€9.50] extra, very common in too many hotels.
Review 10:Site, comfortable room, helpful staff, especially re parking, breakfast menu range
Review 11:It´s hard to find parking. The hotel has no parking, even if it says so. There is only a few spots in the square outside.
Review 12:Charming little hotel in the centre of a beautiful little town. Very cosy and rustic. Nice restaurant downstairs. But try the pub across the square if you are fed up with Alsace wine, they have more whiskeys than you can survive in a lifetime...
Review 13:1. Rooms on high floor, despite request for lowest floor. 2. Dining room closed on two of three nights and one morning. 3. Although we only had coffee and croissants, charged for two breakfasts. 4. No staff around (except a waiter and maids). Most unwelcoming.
Review 14:1. It is a lovely town, luckily with plenty of restaurants.
Review 15:Not exactly handicap friendly with no lift, but such is life in picturesque old buildings.
Review 16:Spacious rooms, pet friendly, great location, parking right outside, and tremendous staff.
Review 17:There was no elevator and finding the room was like running a maze.
Review 18:The parking was convenient but the area would not be open during the Christmas markets and other large town festivals.
Review 19:Nothing
Review 20:Location is great, hot tub, private outside space to sit and bikes for hire were a great bonus
Review 21:complex getting into wifi
Review 22:ambienceC
Review 23:Access to hotel and both bar and restaurant not inviting.
Review 24:Appearance of hotel
Review 25:Room was hot, wifi kept cutting out
Review 26:Loved the restaurant
Review 27:Breakfast was a little on the lame side. Nothing special there.
Review 28:We arrived late and the key was left for us. Nice. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. A bit down the main street from the main tourist district (we are talking a block here folks, not far) made for a quiet night, something we appreciate. Our window opened on to a green area and we awoke to bird song!
Review 29:We chose not to take the petit dejeuner, and suffered the consequences!3.5 Euro for a single cafe au lait - watch out!
Review 30:The family room was very comfortable and pleasant; attractive Ikea-baseddesign. The staff were helpful and friendly.
Review 31:Alsace is not an easy region to visit from England with several links required to get to a village like Ribeauville. More needs to be done to improve its accessibility & these best methods need to be documented on the region's tourist websites.
Review 32:Au Cheval Blanc's location in Ribeauville is good - on the main street, so handy to shops & several wine producers. The village is attractive, the local inhabitants are friendly & there is a good variety of places to eat (including Au Cheval Blanc itself). The countryside is attractive with vineyards, castles & numerous other wine-producing villages.
Review 33:The rooms very very clean and the service was extraordinary friendly. The hotel was furthermore situated in a really nice house and it was close to the city centre.
Review 34:The hotel is on the main road through town but at the upper end of it and just enough away from the throngs of visitors strolling and shopping. The restaurant is quite good but not extraordinary.
Review 35:Although is in the city, it is in one of the extremes of it, so need to walk back and forth the hotel and the touristic area. It has stairs but not lift. Parking is an issue in this town, very difficult to find and you may end up parking several blocks away. Restaurant can be pricey.
Review 36:Very friendly welcome and most delicious dinner. We have stayed there before as it is well placed for our night stop by car on route to Ancona. We will definitely stop there again.
Review 37:We chose this hotel because they have fantastic dinner food. The restaurang was closed, when we arrived. The reasong was the lack of service personel, but we think that it was the lack of customers. We were the only customers in the hotel. We do not like this kind of service. Maybe we choose another hotel next time?
Review 38:We have stayd there many times. It was easy to come.
Review 39:Pillows like rocks -- bring your own! Beds too hard even for me (I like firm beds, but this was like sleeping on the floor). Walls are thin, so you hear all the noises your neighbors make. Also, room must be locked and unlocked with a key, even from inside the room. This makes me worry a little about trying to get out in case of fire in the middle of the night. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel to others, but it's a close decision.
Review 40:Charming exterior and town, great little restaurant with other restaurants and bars close by, helpful staff, close to free parking, extremely clean, good room layout, excellent bathroom, game room with billiards table and books, private terrace for hotel guests, inexpensive.
Review 41:The family room was tastefully decorated and big. A fridge would be nice esp in the summer months.
Review 42:rooms small, dark and sad
Review 43:Problems with logging in om internet. Was at last solved
Review 44:Nice and big comfortable beds. Very good dinner in restaurant
Review 45:Great location, excellent service, and a really nice hotel
Review 46:the room didn't worth the price...have anything in the room we ask the staff for water boiler but refused
Review 47:the room was very nice, location is ok, there is no problem with parking car on the street
Review 48:To get to the hotel when driving in a private car and parking availability.
Review 49:The atmosphere and decor.
Review 50:Lovely medieval town. enjoyed the meal at the Hotel very much with the local wine.
Review 51:very nice good location
Review 52:Rather small room
Review 53:Location and cleanliness
Review 54:No elevator is present
Review 55:Position
Review 56:It is too expensive
Review 57:Nice hotel in a nice village. Tranquile place and nice & helpful staff
Review 58:perfect location; no complaints
Review 59:No aircondition!!!
Review 60:The bathroom was clean!!!!
Review 61:We liked this hotel because it was located in the historic area of thetown. The restaurant served very good food and had a good selection.
Review 62:In the centre of the most picturesque part of the city. Parking upfront. Clean with a common 'game' room and great quiet terras.
