Review 12：The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything what we needed. We had a bottle of wine and 2 chocolate candies waiting for us. For Christmas Eve we got a small basket with a small champagne and some local chocolates. Very nice surprise. All the people working there are willing to help you. San Agustin is a quite area...so if you are more into nightlife, shopping, book a hotel in Playa del Ingles or Maspalomas.

Nobody is on Reception after 2PM and you only can get keys for the room from a salesperson in the mini market if you arrive later. 3. Door to the room could bd hardly opened and closed. 4. Noise during the day caused by some maintenance activities in the hotel.

Small but very clean pool and bathing area and sea only a very short walk away. Partial sea views from balcony (and overlooking a park). Good quiet location and great for a quick weekend away. Very reasonable priced accommodation with useful well equipped kitchen. Staff very helpful and all in all great place to stay.
Review 39：If you are unlucky, it is a little bit noisy in the evening, especially when your neighbors walking and banging the doors. The kitchen smells with dampness and there is no way get rid of that odour - better to keep the door closed. The WiFi connection (included in the price) was poor enough to enjoy the surfing in internet.
Review 40：The hotel is located in San Agustin - the quiet place where you can enjoy your vacation. There is no big car traffic around as well as not too many people. The bus station is in about 5-7 mins. walking distance from the hotel, and you can easily use buses for traveling around the island, as well reaching the airport. Nice and sandy beach located in about 200 meters from the hotel. We found the beach the best one in comparison to others around. Big waves made it interesting not only for swimming, but for watching the surfers (they were many). There are a lot of small shops around (including one in the hotel building) as well as several supermarkets and the shopping center where you can buy food and beverages and prepare it in the good equipped kitchen. There is also nice restaurant(s) near the hotel where you can eat too. The hotel staff was very responsive, nice and so kind to provide us the room with a sea view. You can hear the waves in the night, and see them from your balcony - beautiful. The building has an elevator that makes easy moving up and down.

Review 75：Everything was fine. I can only suggest that it might be nice to have BBC 1 etc for English guests as only BBC World and some American business channel are available for English speakers. There are some Spanish, French, German channels.
Review 76：The apartment had everything needed, it was in a quiet area and had a south facing balcony over a park with a view to the sea. Only a short walk to the beach and very handy to have a small shop downstairs open till late. Everything was very clean on arrival and the complex was well maintained.
