Review 2：- Superb service from arrival with a feel home atmosphere - Traditional interiors and an excellent dinner menu - Astonishing, rich breakfast on sunny terrace

Review 3：This hotel is a total disaster in terms of customer service, facilities, cleanliness. The review score they have is in our opinion totally overrated and the hotel/rooms quality does not justify the price at all. Shortly, our experience: We were traveling 2 adults (me and my wife) and our 2,5 years old daughter. We booked a double room with a matrimonial bed and pay for 2 as in the hotel conditions regarding the children was writen, I quote from their page, "Up to two children under 12 years are charged EUR 40 per person per night for extra beds.", and as we were not intending to request any "extra bed" we understood that's the correct to book. At the very moment of the entrance by the door of the hotel we were agresivelly questioned by an old lady (probably the owner), "You are 2 and a baby, Why did you book only for 2? You know you must pay also for the baby, don't you?". We tried to explain what is on their webpage but no way to be listened. We felt so insulted by her approach that in the next morning we asked to change our reservation from 3 nights previously booked to only 1 night, pay also for the baby (as they insisted so much on the topic) and go away same morning. Well, new surprises, they tried to cheat us and requested to booking to charge us 1 night (130 Euros) + 1 baby (40 Euros - although they didn't provide any "extra bed") + 25% of the remaining 2 night (25%x260€ = 62€), a total of 232 Euro for 1 night. Unbelivable!! After long arguments and having booking.com on oiur side, they finalu accepted the correct amount and we paid for the night and the baby's breakfast. Just for the records, we had paid 400 Euro/3 nights. Unforgettable experience!! For such money one might expect a certain level of service/facilities' quality. Unfortunately in this case we made the wrong choice. Sure we won't be back.

Review 7：It is a very nice and quiet place in the rural part of South Eastern Mallorca. A perfect place to relax. The staff is super friendly and the food is excellent. The rooms are beautifully furnished with antiques. The swimming pool is large enough to have a good swim. It's amazing to have such a great place only an hour's drive from Palma International Airport. Me and my husband, we will definitely return.

Review 8：Quite expensive for being in the middle of nowhere. Breakfast was poor. More personal service from the staff would have been great. We stayed in the suite and basic things like shelves in the wardrobe would have been great. It had a smell of old furniture.

Review 13：Wifi reception was spotty and slow. It didn't work in our room or by the swimming pool. However, it was probably a good thing to disconnect and just relax.

Review 14：Friendly staff, great service, beautiful place and comfy clean room. Very child friendly and with nice pool, even peacocks! As soon as we arrived, all our daily stress and worries faded away. We were just in such a peaceful state and good mood and really enjoyed each others' company as well as the lovely place. There's a daily dinner menu you can order in the morning and it changes every day. Selection is small but food is great while simple. We ate there every night and fully enjoyed it. It's also very close to cala d'or, 20 min drive away, and there're some touristic things to do and beautiful small beach etc. if you'd like.

Recommend you book the superior rooms with a terrace beside the pool(our terrace was all of 3 metres from the lovely pool). Be advised that there is a restricted menu for evening meal which has to be ordered in advance but dining & having breakfast on the outside terrace was a real pleasure. My wife & I loved this hotel.

Review 39：We would have preferred to stay for as long as our entire week in Majorca but unfortunately we already prepaid other accommodation. This place is extremely serene and there is so much charm everywhere. The variety of flowers in bloom were so beautiful. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. We slept so well, better than anywhere else we stayed. They serve the sweetest and freshest orange juice. The bottle of cava and fruits as a welcome in the room was a very nice touch. The pool is immaculate and very large. The dining is exquisite. There was beautiful piano playing during dinner. There's so many good things to say about this place and our plan will be to come back as soon as possible. The staff are very friendly and genuine. The owner was so kind to tell us some stories and offer some delicious cakes when we left.Thank you very much for such a warm welcome and all the kind hospitality.

Review 41：The friendly welcome set the scene for our overnight stay at this lovely, peaceful hotel with its picturesque courtyards in the heart of the countryside. Fresh flowers, fruit, a small bottle of prosecco and a welcome note in the room were unexpected extras. We were also touched by the thoughtfulness of the staff in leaving a coffee machine and sandwiches in our room (unrequested) for our early departure the next morning. Our only regret is that we weren't able to stay longer and, as we already had plans, couldn't stay to enjoy the live piano music that evening. The perfect retreat for anyone wishing to get away from it all, yet within easy reach of Palma.

Excellent breakfast served on terrace, as was dinner. Big pool, very clean, plenty of places to lie in sun or shade in the beautiful gardens. A wonderful place to completely relax in comfort.

Review 44：The suite was very spacious and well appointed, but needs an extra WC or 2nd bathroom especially as the 2 bedrooms and living room all open into the bathroom and the doors don't lock well.

Review 46：Our room was nice, but the beds were not very comfortable, very noisy. Pillows were old (two were not in good condition). The hotel could foresee to replace them. The bathroom curtains and tiles had some mold stains. These details could be improved because they are small details but otherwise the hotel is perfect!

The owner can not speak English,and the staff speak little English,thus they are not able to offer any services that customer required and we had bad communication and bad experience at this hotel. Further more, we have booked this hotel with Wifi and kitchen, but wifi is only avalible at public restraurent and they locked the kitchen.

I would get bored on longer trips but would use this place for the 1st 2 days of a holiday to really relax.

Review 50：Tried the massage offered at the hotel and done by a German gentleman.Perhaps I am used to the Asian and stronger massages, the one I had herewas not very good. My tension didn't go away after 2hrs of massage.

The affordable 4 coursegourmet dinners are highly recommended, and set in a romantic terracewith live piano music played by the owner's sons. When we arrived, we wereserved with fresh oj, and found fresh flowers, fresh fruits, chilledcava, classical music turned on and welcome note in the room. Theproperty is impeccably maintained and feel like home. Pool is of goodsize and very clean. We will absolutely return and cannot recommend morefor others to go and feel the same superb experience we had at thisspecial establishment.
