Review 1：For €9, I'd expect a little more choice at the buffet breakfast

Review 2：The staff very curtious and helpful. There are 2 tram systems in the city, and stops for both within 5min walk of the hotel.

However, this is tempered by the fact that it is close to the tram line if you did want to explore.

(because suitcases were by the wall I believe this must be a reasonas these were only our belongings in the room, I did not ask to tidy itup I only asked to do the beds and bathroom which was not touched )after 20 min of conversation we came to nothing, they did not offer anysolutions etc I have to say it ruined our holiday atmosphere, we stayedin much cheaper hotels or hostels that represented much better customerservice… bear in mind If you want anything you have to pay for it all,like breakfast 9 e per person, not dramatic (would be nicer if that willbe in the price of the room) or if you have an accident then don’t counton to much help for free too, (our daughter was sick in the car ) wewent back to change her I washed her clothes in the sink and asked Ithey can get washed in their washing machine, they did that at the endbut obviously had to pay for it at the end 10 Euro hmm so concluding ourstay I wont remember it as something I would want to go back to, pluslocation is rather far from center about 5 km , so only car saves you totravel to town center.

They explained the key system in case a guest were out past time the gate closed. I would highly recommend this to others traveling. It was a short drive to Tours and easy access if you wish to see the Chateaus and wine regions.
