Review 1：I can't believe the bar area wasn't open at all during Christmas and new year.

Review 2：Pool area is good although the adults pool is a little deep for beginners. Shower is probably the best in any hotel I've ever been in.

Review 5：The worst hotel I have been in many time!! Far from everywhere, the staff is really unprofessional and you have to pay for everything: want safe? pay for it. Want wifi? pay for it. Want TV??? PAY for it!!! No soap in the bathroom, no cleaning service for the room...the hotel needs a complete and deep renovation. I have never been in a hotel like that before!

Review 8：Very big rooms and kitchen. Big pool and clean everywhere. There are waterarea for children and playground. There is supermarket but a little bit expencive. The place is very good on the top and all is near from the hotel. Very good the restaurant and chipper.

Review 9：We had full board and had to pay for all drinks. They have gym, sauna, spa - all you have to pay. Wifi - pay, TV - not a single free channel, you have to pay :-) Location is good but the nearest beach is really far.

Review 17：Loud holidaymakers on patio at 1am one morning woke our daughter, bearing in mind the noise reverberates around pool area. Call to reception & security asked them to move on (bar closed since 10!)

Review 21：I think that the Monte Feliz hotel is an excellent solution to stay in Gran Canaria . It has been my second time on the island and the first time in this structure but I have been very happy of my decision. The staff has always been attentive and kind with us . The environments and the room were really clean , Free Wifi in the hall . Really easy to park the car outside the hotel, always available a free space for the car . You can reach the beach in 5 minutes going out from the exit opposite to the main entry . We had two times the dinner in the restaurant that is a really cheap buffet solution meal, 9.95 Euro ( 6 Euro the breakfast, 14 Euro half board ) per person, the drinks are extra and you can find a good meal with a decent buffet . The position of the hotel is really interesting because is really close to the airport but at the same time you can easily reach the famous and popular areas of the south of the island . In the hotel there is also a minimarket . The hotel is really close to a karts circuit and a cars and motorbike circuit, on Saturday we went to watch the guys that were racing on the track ! Absolutely you need a car to stay here if you want to go around the island . We find the room a perfect solution for us, the room was big with a little balcony, the room has the kitchen well equipped and we used it for our lunches and dinners .I definitely can recommend this place to the people that wants the tranquillity and the possibility to cook their meals if they don't want go out every day during their stay and if they want have a quiet base to start they journey around the island .

Review 25：I specifically booked here as it offered kid's entertainment. Even the welcome note in the apartment said check what's on on the board in reception. No board, and when I enquired at reception I was told there wasn't any!!! This in my mind is mis-selling and spoilt the whole holiday as I had a 5yr and 1yr old with me and we were expecting at least a mini disco. Also there was a door with bar over it but it never opened. We thought about possibly adding at least breakfast but one look at the sparse buffet changed our mind. Also would have liked more cleaning even if it was only to empty the bins.

Review 27：We have stayed at the Monty Feliz on two occasions the first time the lack of air conditioning didnt bother us too much because weather was not as hot as this time. This time we found the room unbearably hot. The only complaint we have.

Review 58：Beds cause backpain and loss of sleep. Staff in the restaurant spoke english so bad that there was always misunderstandings. The football and tenniscourt in need of restauration. The Gym could also be upgraded. The arrival hall was always like a windtunnel because of the bad planning of doors opening at the same time in different directions. Walls are made of paper so do not forget your earplugs:)

Review 59：Excellent pool area with a nice first aid supervisor, the kids loved him! Staff in reception very helpful. Water aerobics daily! Only about 25 min to the airport. Good connections by bus. Really nice view of the sea and the other locations.
