Review 1：Evening food could be a little better quality

Review 2：On the beach. Lovely well appointed rooms. Friendly helpful staff. Everyone says good morning remembers your name and it is a lovely friendly setting that makes you want to come back.

Review 3：But -- even though we chose a suite don't expect too much. Furniture is still 3 star level max and a lot of little things are not working. All that said, the absolute worst thing about this hotel is the staff -- they are VERY nice but also totally incompetent for a four star hotel. I stay about a 120 nights per year professionally in a four star and can compare. They try here but fail continuously and everything is chaotic and takes forever. Finally, foodwise - again they try very hard - but fall short of the four star mark and that also makes the price - quality balance not good - with one exception - they poolside lunch is good.

Review 4：the hotel is the only 4 star hotel on the coast in the are between Perpignan and Agde. Hence the reason we chose this hotel. We picked a suite at 610 euro per night (!!) and the room is big and clean. The pool is also nice and the town itself is great for a few relaxing beach days!

Review 7：Lacked traditional English type breakfast. Restaurant within hotel very fancy would have liked a less formal restaurant as a second choice of a place to eat within the hotel. No English translation on menu's which was off putting as our french was rather limited.

Review 8：Fabulous hotel. Pool & spa were fantastic. Bedroom was huge and overlooked the sea, free mini bar was a lovely bonus. Clean towels every day. Staff friendly and their English was good.

Review 9：Noisy beach bars with "entertainment" until late at night. (this in summer). Half board menu somewhat limited, also unhappy with the food combinations, and sad that outside restaurant not available on demi- pension, as food here was preferable for our tastes. Some inexperienced staff at weekend blotted the good record of staff efficiency and friendliness. Also our room was directly above the bar / terrace restaurant, so not as peaceful as we would have liked, especially in the mornings when breakfast was served outside on the terrace, so negating any sleep in.

Review 11：The restaurant staff were unwilling to help in translating the menu into English and one of them was very rude. This meant we did not visit the restaurant after the first night.

Review 20：Excellently sized room, with sofa and ample space to work or relax. Excellent and friendly staff, all requests met with a smile. I did not eat in the restaurant, but the fish main meal for the organised dinner I was there to attend impressed me - fish being a notoriously difficult meal to serve for a lot of people - was perfectly cooked. Location - on the beach, peacefully set in its own gardens and yet an easy walk along the promenade to the centre of town. I took a morning coffee on the very pleasant veranda, and what I saw of the outside pool(s) and grounds looked good. The indoor pool in the spa (free to hotel guests) was lovely and warm, though I found it difficult to swim when the jacuzzi jets were also on. Overall, I liked it very much and am planning another visit to take more advantage of all the facilities.

Review 21：Overpriced dinner 65 euros p.p. no cheeper alternative. Children can not use the inside pool, only allowed for an hour or so during lunch and dinner time. Beach was not so close to the pool as on the photo and there are no trees near the beach, so no shade, you need to hire the sun bed for 12 euros p.d. It seems to be windy especially in the afternoons.

Review 22：Our family room was spacious and lovely, superb AC, lovely view from the balcony, good balcony door cutting the outside noise, good curtains blocking the outside light , lovely soft bedding and sheets. Breakfast was super. Beach was nice and shallow , superb for children, with lovely worm and clean water. Inside and outside pools looked lovely.

Review 45：We booked this hotel from Monday night to Friday night inclusive through Booking.com. When we arrived on Monday afternoon with our reservation booking from Booking.com, the receptionist ay Les Florrent Roses told us that they were fully booked! After 1 hour sitting in reception waiting we were offered an apartment across the road for the Monday night free of charge. We had to accept this as there was no other option. We were very disappointed at this.We were only able to get our room in the hotel at 3.30 the next day. I thought that the staff on reception could have been more helpful and definitely more friendly.

Review 51：I chose this hotel as I was traveling with my daughter and 5 year old grand daughter and expected an indoor pool. The pool was part of the spa and really not suitable for my granddaughter in fact she wasn't allowed to use it apart from certain hours ie between 6.30 and 8 pm!!!!! Also the dinner menu was unsuitable for her but as we were explaining this on the way out we were then told their was a children's menu!!!! A little too late. We then had to find restaurants which at the end of October was nearly impossible and the food we ate was not so good in fact really awful. As this was the end of our holiday in France and had been self catering and I had wanted to treat my daughter I was very disappointed Hope you find this helpful and no other families have to find this out for themselves Andrina Sutherland

Review 52：Employees reception behave strangely, during the check-out girl phonedto room-service, probably to check the presence of tv (minibar incl).Maybe I look like a criminal, but they have since got my credit card.The guy at the reception was twice occupied by a very long telephoneconversation. Porter twice forced to wait for 10 minutes because of whathad to carry the bags yourself.

Review 53：Located on the beach, very comfortable, good private pool, spa, roomsare spacious and decorated very cozy. The hotel are convenientlydesigned. Near the lake with pink flamingos.

Review 54：Located at the very edge (the last building) in Le Canet -- you have to go for everything (restaurants, minimarket,...) for 20 min (as minimum). The hotel should be renovated (old swimming pool, ...), old (with holes) towels and robes. Breakfasts are very expensive (19eur) and not good (coffe is undrinkable!), the nearest place where you can have breakfast outside is 20 minuts walking. The staff is not ready to help you, the standart answer: "I don't know" (with the exception of Carlos). The beach is uncared (broken glass is into the sand).

A couple of examples: (1)uponarrival the internet did not functon, but was told the person who couldreset the router already went for the day - the next morning, internetwas working in the lobby area but not in guest rooms- it took a lot ofinsisting to have fixed well later in the day (2) pool/beach towels werenot available until after noon; and when checking back with thereception around noon, I was asked to wait "quelques minutes" - after a40 minute wait I gave up when I was told that it was not the hotel'sfault if towels were stuck in traffic. Ridiculous!

Review 58：we were shown to a room overlooking a roundabout with a sideways sea view and a shared balcony with young chilren either side of us i had to ask for another room which obviously included having to pay more money this room was slightly better having a private balcony but on top of thr restaurant which was noisy and all the smokers smoke drifted up to our room as it was too hot not to have the door open . On saturday nights they have an open air disco untiul 2am with very heavy base music. I would not recommend this hotel also many residents had dogs staying with them which was unpleasant at mealtimes.

Review 61：Price of the food was ridiculous e.g. £24 for an omelette and some lettuce leaves on a plate, for one!! The hotel is only 7 years old and there are a lot of areas in the hotel where tiles are broken, signage not repaired etc. Not what you would expect from a four star hotel. It feels like they are taking advantage being the only hotel in the area in that spot.
