Review 2：Amazing service! Top notch facilities (they even have a steam room in the bathroom of the King Suites). Value for money! For what we paid, it was just peanuts compared to the size of the suites and thos LCD Tvs and facilities.
Review 3：Clean, comfy hotel in great central location. Despite our late arrival on Christmas Eve the owner opened up the restaurant especially for us and couldn't have been more helpful.
Review 4：The shower was very cramped in that it seemed to have designed for a midget and was on the long side of the bath opposite a glass panel, the curve of the bath beneath making it very difficult to balance while stooping under the shower head, a pity as in terms of flow and temperature it was quite good.
Review 5：Great location in centre of Kufstein just a few minutes walk from train station and castle. Good sleep as the bed was very comfortable, and it was reasonably quiet for its town centre location.
Review 6：Difficult to keep the room cool at night, even after keeping the balcony door open all night . No fridge in the room, would have been nice to have access to some ice-cold water, rather than the cold tap in the bathroom.
Review 7：Plenty of space in the room, and the balcony was also a decent size. The staff were friendly and helpful. At $60/night including breakfast I thought this was great value for money.
Review 8：The desk clerk told us they had a.c. When we got to the room we realized he was joking. Our room was more than 95 degrees and when we opened the window we were looking at and heard construction. Very negative experience. Poor value. No view.
Review 9：The lack of view from some rooms. Little bit of a problem with parking which was not the hotels fault and they paid for the parking and left me a box of chocolates!

Review 15：The people from the hotel is very attentive and kind, the breakfast is incredibly good, the location is great, only few minutes walking from the train station and in a best shop area
Review 16：Very noisy construction work outside. Also, once the buildings are finished, I doubt that the view on the fortress is still there. Staff was a bit slow, had to wait 10 mins for checking out, bell was not heard. Directions to the parking were unclear.
