Review 1：Nothing the hotel its self was perfect.

Review 2：Although the hotel was not as near to the centre as we thought it was a perfect over night stay as we were travelling back from Italy to UK.The comfort was second to none and the dinner served in the restaurant was excellent both choice and quality.

Review 3：1 waiter in particular obviously doesn't like his job he was very off hand the other the taller of the 2 was the opposite. The rest of the staff where typically French.

Review 4：Good big room with hot strong shower, nice bar area. The beds are comfortable, traffic noise is an issue if you leave the window open.

Review 6：The hotel is ideally situated as we were passing through on our drive back to Calais. We were happy to find a shopping area just opposite the hotel and the children enjoyed using the swimming pool and playing football in the large garden.

Review 7：Choice and price of restaurant dishes was poor at best. In addition, no A/C at all in restaurant and lobby areas is a big negative particularely in the Summer (july in our case)

Review 9：We arrived on 14th July - Bastille Day. Reception said dining room open as usual. Waited 10 minutes at the bar for a beer to find out that the barmen were sitting outside. Service in dining room at dinner was shocking. 45 minutes after finishing our starter we had to complain to one of the two staff on duty that we were still waiting for our main course. They were more concerned about a table of 8 than the rest of the other tables. In fact a table of 4 left after waiting 45 minutes for their order to be taken. As soon as we complained food appeared as if by magic. This was our second visit and makes us think twice about returning.

Unfortunately the restaurant main courses weren't particularly good & the tartiflette was horrible.

Review 23：The staff were very helpful and friendly, in particular the lady on reception the day of our departure, who was happy to talk. My son left his iPhone behind, but the staff found it and took the trouble to ring us back after our initial call proved negative. The food in the restaurant was good quality, with the steak being particularly tasty. The only downside was that the room was quite cold on this particular evening. This hotel is obviously a former Novotel, but none the worse for it. Overall it was a good value stay to break our journey on a skiing trip to Italy.

Review 120：Friendly welcome. We used the hotel as a stopover for skiing, perfect location for a short trip to the resort the next day. One family travelling with us arrived very late and still had a friendly and helpful welcome. Breakfast maybe a bit expensive but was a buffet so you could eat as much as you liked! Childrens breakfast was free.

Review 121：The furniture and finish remind me of a 2 stars Days Inn (if you have ever had the pleasure of experiencing that) The vast majority of the hotel with the exception of where the shower and sink are located (the toilet is separated) has a cheap feel to it.
