Reviews for Aparthotel Le Trident
Review 1:Would not stay here again on the basis it was unbelievably dangerous. We were on the 7th floor and the windows did not have any locks. It was very easy glfor our 3 year old to open windows. There was a sheer 7 story drop. Handles ehotger should have lock or be at a height that make it hard for kids to reach
Review 2:Good amount of dpace
Review 3:There is no staff at the reception (none seen during the 4 days we were there). Check-in through the reception of the Holidayin hotel hundred meter further. Need a car to get to Mulhouse center.
Review 4:Nice appartment.
Review 5:No free toiletries. booking said there was. No wine glasses; 4 tiny short glasses. No sharp kitchen knife; Just a bread knife. No cork screw; No dish drain rack; No Microwave dishes; No peeler or grater The booking stated “kitchenware” included. Visitors expect to have the above minimum items. Parts of the refrigerator were dirty from previous occupation. One small sponge for kitchen use was filthy and unhygienic. We would advise no-one to attempt to stay here. In the kitchen area none of the lights worked. Preparation in the dark. On arrival the kitchen floor was “sticky”. Noisy with heavy traffic on the highway Very hot sun in the afternoon but could not lower the shutters because we could not see due to no lights. Shower recess very slippery. Dangerous. Terrible expensive for so little. On arrival reception was closed on 4/7/2015 at 1500hr Telephone to hotel told to go to holiday Inn to get key. This instruction was not included with the booking.com confirmation. At night on 4//7/2015 could not access apartment as lift held on level 9. Could not use stairs as they ended at level 2. Complained to Holiday Inn where they opened the door to the “retirees” section of the building and used a different lift to level 6.
Review 6:very little.
Review 7:It had a stale smell going to the room. But it was clean and there were fresh towels
Review 8:It served its purpose for our overnight stay before going to Paris. We were fortunate to get a special deal at less than €90.
Review 9:When I left I closed the account in cash After I returned to my country I got an extra charge my credit without approval That said, I left without paying for breakfast So they charged my card without checking with me
Review 10:Spacious rooms, very well equipped kitchen. There´s a supermarket within walking distance. The free parking is fairly big, so no problems finding a free spot.
Review 11:We woke up on Saturday morning at 8:30 from the sound of drilling and renovations . The noise was so terrible that it did not allow us to talk to each other without shouting . I went several times to the reception but did not get any response . During a snowstorm , we chose to escape the room and sit in a cafe. The noise did not stop until 18:00 Catastrophe !
Review 12:Aggravation prevented me from seeing something positive
Review 13:Bit of a walk to the tube. It's an apratment and not a hotel and therefore not serviced everyday.
Review 14:Clean and tidy. But you go round to the Hotel reception to get in!!
Review 15:No cleaning services. And nothing to clean by yourself (dishes soap, etc)
Review 16:Close to the Black Forest in Germany. Nice apartment out of the city Mulhouse. close to shopping centre.
Review 17:The extractor fan in the bathroom could have been more effective/powerful. The glass living room door meant the light shining in when someone from the bedroom went to the loo. Small grumbles. Overall it was fine.
Review 18:Reception staff were super helpful and friendly. Nice location and easy to find. Great restaurant right next door. Security was good - one lift to reception and another to the apartments, blinds on the windows, code for the main/reception doors. Very comfy sofa bed. Easy to access WiFi.
Review 19:Very few kitchen utensils and no dishwashing detergent or washing up equipment, not even anything to wipe benches or surfaces. No toilet roll holder, no soap or shampoo holder in shower. Bed is single with pull out bed underneath, we took the matresses off and put them on the fold down couch which was quite comfortable. Cleaning staff walked in one morning without even knocking.
