Review 1：Our 15 month old granddaughter opened the door and got out. Needs a lock or handle higher up.

Review 2：Excellent for children . Nice facilities. Lovely apartment. Close to beach and restaurants but in quiet area. Loved mini disco

Review 3：Wifi is not free and the reception was not great. Although I was booked in for breakfast for my two week stay, I only ventured down on the first day and that was enough. Too few staff on duty, poorly laid out, fresh juices was additional cost, too small to deal with the number of residents and tables were slow in being refreshed.

Review 23：Chose the Hotel because the reviews for the food were excellent, and being a Type 2 diabetic found there was a great choice for me. I have recommended the Hotel to the family for them to take the grandchildren, the kids entertainment is brilliant. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Review 48：We were led to believe that all rooms had air conditioning as this was one of the reasons we booked the hotel but our one bedroom apartment did not. When we spoke to reception they said it was because it was a standard one bed apartment. Check this. Also there were three storeys. We were on floor 2 but there is no lift. Bit inconvenient when you have a baby in a buggy who is asleep. Rooms were basic but fine however the pull out bed in the lounge was questionable as a double.

Review 49：The location of this hotel is great. A couple of minutes walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Pools were all great and plenty to keep kids entertained (we took 2 nine year olds and a two year old) and all of them were catered for. There is a baby club, mini club, junior club and teen club with lots of activities and excellent staff plus evening and daytime entertainment. Even though we went in August and the hotel was fully booked we had no problems getting sun loungers every day or a table in the dining room. The food was lovely, staff were friendly and helpful and it is definitely a family friendly hotel. Not sure I would go as an adult only group as lots based around entertaing the family.

Review 50：wifi should be free. no aircon in apartments that we stayed in, only a fan in ceiling. as 6 in our family two eldest boys are 13 and 14 therefore we couldn't get a apt to fit us all as boys treated as adults. We had to get 2 apts at obvious extra cost. bit disappointed in teens camp not much organised this year. the junior camp I believe the age range should be changed up to 10 years and another camp set up for 11 - 13 yr olds as some of the activities in junior camp are too young for the older kids in junior club

Would definitely recommend the all inclusive option: food was great, plenty of choice and different themes, good choice of drinks. there was also a buffet for the younger kids. Only 15 min from the airport by taxi - which is very convenient. My youngest daughter loved the evening shows (Little Mermaid and Aladdin especially) - we were really impressed with the quality of the shows and the hard work of the entertainment team.

Review 71：Construction work around the baby club/pool area. A lot of noise and dust blowing around. Our 16 month old baby tripped a few times on the electic flex wires that were running across the footpaths. A few other minor items happened over the 2 weeks like the TV didn't work and we had no hot water for one day. But these items were resolved quickly. It was also difficult to get a clean table for breakfast and dinner. We had to sit at a dirty/uncleared table, in some cases for quite a while, before it would be cleared and cleaned.

Review 72：The staff, especially the entertainers. They were just brilliant with kids and our kids enjoyed going to the junior and mini clubs everyday. Roberto in the pool bar was fantastic as well.

Review 75：The hotel is in a lovely position just a short walk from the beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the pool area was well kept. Although work was being carried out while we were there it wasn't obtrusive and the hotel offered use of a neghbouring hotels facilities if you felt the need. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the entertainment staff did an amazing job. I would recommend this hotel to anyone especially families with your children.

Review 87：Brilliant hotel...best holiday we have had by far! The animation team were fab and were thoroughly enjoyed by kiddies and adults...lots of activities for grown ups too. Crèche facilities were great...they take from as young as 6 months. My 6 year old and 4 year old loved Daisy club and the hotel...we couldn't get them to even go out of the grounds to go for a walk! Food great too...we had nothing to complain about, always a good choice and salads fab on a lunch time. We will def be returning next year.

Review 88：Needs more staff at breakfast. Beds could of been comfortable (longer). Rooms were cleaned every day. One day cleaner switched on an electric cooker. We soon arrived at the room. Near the cooker was our baby bib. After that our Baby Bjorn Soft Bib is broken. I didn`t found a new one in Costa Teguise. Our 7 year old found the mini disco and entertainment programme 'boring'.

Review 97：The hotel is very nice. And the beach is just 5 minutes walk away. It's quite and nice, but there is a bit of city center as well. There is a lot going on at the hotel as well.

Review 135：Was very annoyed having to pay for WIFI connection,when all bars and restaurants were free! As a gesture of good will I suggest having free connection then guests would not leave the hotel to use free WIFI as many of your guests did. However we will definitely consider booking with your company again.

He even invited us to the staff Christmas party :) Maria from the restaurant was so kind, she bought a lot of gluten free products for me after she was informed that I was gluten intolerant.
