Review 1：noisy at night time. People up & down the stairs next to my room until 3 am. Fight outside my room at 5am. My room smelt of cigarettes. Outside lights in corridor not working, very dark. Hotel on Industrial estate, which had cars racing around it inthe early hours. Lots of car engine escalation and wheel scretching. All in all I did not feel very safe at night in my room. Emergency phone in room did not work.

Review 3：The accommodation was disgusting, the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. I would suggest staying at a backpackers before the Fasthotel. There are no redeeming features at this hotel. Avoid it at all costs.

Review 5：Almost impossible to find with satnav - by the time we eventually discovered it (by chance!) the restaurant was closed. Staff took pity on us and made pizza.

Review 7：In the room: no litter basket, one ½ roll of toilet paper (without a spare one), shower system very sophisticated, but did not work well, closed restaurant and no automatic beverage dispenser available.

Review 9：Tiny, tiny bathroom. You get what you pay for but a fight with a shower curtain in 40 degree heat is not fun! Otherwise all was good.

Review 11：When I arrived at 5am on 27 December having travelled for 16 hours in the worst snow storm for years the automatic card dispenser provided room keys for the two rooms I had booked. Neither room key would work and so my family had to sleep in our hire car. When I complained to reception, when it opened in the morning, the manager refused to provide a refund eventhough we could not access the rooms!! Subsequently I complained to Booking.com who approached the hotel but they again refused to provide a refund!! Hugely disappointed by the whole experience!

Review 13：We only reserved this hotel on the basis that we would not be charged. when we arrived (at a late hour), there was no staff on the premises. we attempted to use their electronic check in station and it told us no reservation could be found. we returned later the next day to discuss and still no staff was found.
Review 14：we were nervous to leave our belongings in the small room as the place just made us feel uneasy. the Owner was arrogant and abrupt. Breakfast was all over the place. and difficult to get to.

Review 16：Shower room VERY SMALL , Toilet seat came off in your hand when lifted Many young girls in pairs in the restaurant in the evening ( no entertainment in this area ) Later many STRANGE noises coming from bedrooms .( I wonder ) also factory at back started work at 5.00 a.m so no sleep . Never again .

Review 27：The worst "hotel" I have stayed so far after visiting 51 countries in 5 continents. Small room and noisy, constant noise from people arriving during the night.

They felt morelike a converted container rather than hotel rooms.Staff did not speak a word of English and were very unhelpful The photos displayed on Booking.com do not resemble at all the accommodation or the hotel facilities offered. Breakfast was charged at €7 per person! The limited items on offer were of very poor quality. I will NEVER use this chain of hotels again.
Review 32：We thought the breakfast was a little expensive(at 7 Euros), given the limited choice. We paid 4.70 Euros at the Premiere Classe in St Quentin for the same or better.
