Review 1：Not enough towels. Not able to eat breakfast in the dining room with our dog. Had to camp at a small table in reception.

Review 5：Booking error by hotel was sorted out asap but the room had a few small issues. Had to go under the sink to open the sink plug, nothing on the top to use. Also the room was at the back of the hotel and slightly too noisy for me, but having had a pump house close by the night before I was extra tired. I had requested a quiet room. No one on reception in the morning, I did ring the bell as requested. A few more items on the buffet would be nice, some cheese and more choice of cereal only 2. A little help to work the drinks machine would also be appreciated not many people seemed to now how they work.
Review 6：Easy to locate and a good stop off for us en route to Euro tunnel and back. Must be 4th time of using I think. Parking at hotel and close enough to Poitiers for evening meal. Dog friendly. Good value for money and will book again.

Review 12：This hotel is quite simply excellent. The staff friendly and welcoming. The room SPOTLESSLY clean. Comfortable bed, superb shower, all the facilities you need. This knocks Ibis and Campanile for six!!! Competitively priced and well located. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.
Review 13：The hotel has become a little tired since our last visit two years ago. The toilet seat was broken and the wash basin drain was stuck but a member of staff fixed it very quickly. The hotel can be difficult to find with road works in the area. Signs further from the premises would help

Also there is a good restaurant beside the hotel which gives you 10% if you tell tchem you're from the hotel, definitely worth a try, we had a great meal there. We didnt have breakfast there so I cannot comment on it. We would definitely use again.

Review 49：Unfortunately my partner had to spend a week in Poitier Hospital therefore I wanted to be near to him. The Hotel is perfect for this, very close and convenient. Room was large with desk, T.V., and the bed was very comfortable, I booked a double room for myself. Bathroom had a large shower and it was all very clean. I was very impressed. Your staff were very helpful to me and spoke English which was a relief ! I have taken a brochure and will certainly stay in an Ace Hotel again. Thank you for making a difficult time for me much easier.

However there is a restaurant next door which I used on my first trip in which was goodi had a great steak. I arrived too late on the second trip as it closes at 10.30
Review 53：Great hotel and position for the first leg of my trip to Portugal, the staff were nice and helpful my French is pretty nonexistent but luckily the young girl at the desk was fluent in English which is an embarrassment on my part. The hotel also has a good secure car park. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Poitiers area of France.

The staff were friendly and helpful - I travel with my own pillow and left it on the bed having checked out and the cleaners came out into the car park to find me to give it back. Review 108：Very close to the motorway and approx 6 hours from Calais so as a first stop on the way to Spain it was perfect.very modern and we had a wet room for my disabled wife. A total petrol station just down the road which is cheaper than buying fuel on the motorway.
