Review 1：Stuck on the 3rd floor for 23 hours while lift was u/s (can't get a wheelchair down stairs!!) While advertised as having facilities for disabled guests there were steps everywhere - including into the shower!!

Review 3：We felt that after staying at the hotel a couple of years ago the Hotel is looking a little tired. The areas are décor and cleanliness could be improved.

Review 5：the bathrooms are clean but need updating, and the rooms need modernising. but the hotel is very clean overall.
Review 6：the staff were great, as was the breakfast. everything got topped up so there was a great choice. the pool is heated and the hotel will provide towels. if you choose to eat in the food is very good and a reasonable price.
Review 7：The attitude of the staff was bad, We were turned away from dinner one night, The room was dirty and cobwebs were in the corners, Dirty crockery was not removed from the room, There was a hole in the wall of the toilet, perfect for rodents, The hand rail on the bath was rusted and the tiles were dirty, Noisy construction in the hotel went on from early morning till 10pm, Breakfast menu was poor, The hotel advertises a laundry service which they do not actually offer, The swimming pool is supposed to be heated, but is not, The swimming pool is outdoor, not indoor as advertised, Television is set to French, and the Hotel staff were unable, or unwilling to set it to English, The floor in the room was not hoovered during our 5 day stay, The lift makes a terrible noise and was right next to our room, The patio from the room needs restoration, and the paint and plaster are falling off the wall, The room has no heating as advertised, it only has cooling, The door-closers on all the room doors are not set correctly, so all the room doors slam in the hotel, very noisy, The door-loser on our room was so bad that the door didn't close, we had to give it a tug each time, The hotel advertises a spa which was not available,
Review 8：The bus stop is right outside the Hotel The bidet was not connected to water, so it was useful as a towel rack.
Review 9：No one appeared to be eating in restaurant and lights were turned off very early. We were not told about restaurant or bar and what time it shut.

Review 11：Essentially a good hotel. The bed was a bit soft.There is some modest street noise namely a bit of traffic in the early morning. Try and secure one of only 4 rooms overlooking the very attractive pool. The dining room caters for very undemanding guests and has no atmosphere. In practice the very tempting a la carte and special Catalan menus don't exist and the 26 Euro set meal and poor wine list are not worth bothering with.
Review 12：Well apointed. Handy for bus, town and beach/restaurants. Helpful staff and nice well shaded pool. Good size rooms with double basin in bathroom and separate WC. Reasonably priced. None of the squeaky blinds that were so apparent at a nearby hotel. The Perpigan bus leave from right outside the main railway station and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel - 1 Euro fare. I have stayed here once before and would very happily go again.
