Review 1：The food was awful except breakfast the room and bathroom were not clean and smelt musty the standard of drinks is in evening beer served in plastic cups

Review 3：Internet was useless, they should fix their internet connections. A nice coffee shop across the street of the hotel has nicer internet for the cost of a drink. Compared to other meals breakfast was repetitive. The pool was really cold most of the time, they did turn the heating for one day which made a big difference, they should keep that all the time. They really need a GOOD coffee machine, the coffee was really bad. Be ready to save your pool chair as there are not enough. Not ideal for couples traveling alone as there are many kids and families with small children.

Review 4：Location is great! A great place to relax and enjoy the small beach and good time at the pool with a family! Food was good. The VIP restaurant was really good. The rest of the food is ok for an all inclusive and they do different food days during your stay so it does not get very repetitive. Great for a family holiday with the kids

Review 7：Freezing cold pools, salt water pool awful, all inclusive restaurant bit of a free for all. Not shown to a table and you couldn't order drinks to your table as with most hotels. My 8 year old son used the popcorn machine. It spat out a red hot corn kernels that fell on his foot, burnt him in 3 places and he ended up with 3 blisters on his foot. I reported it to hotel reception staff who didn't really do anything about it other than say they would call the engineer the next day. People were allowed to leave towels on unused beds for hours sometimes all day. The hotel staff didn't monitor this.

Review 8：The rooms were nice and they were v clean

Review 9：It was a very noisy hotel (due to a pool party our son woke up at night). The food was terrible, so was the location. The staff couldn't be bothered and even if there was a free Wi-Fi offered, the speed was really poor. I have no idea why this hotel has 4 stars.

Review 10：Everything was great! All the staff were friendly and very helpful and we especially liked the animators. There was a lot of fun for kids and for the adults. Food was good, rooms were clean and the location is very nice.

Review 11：Not enough sun beds on such a large hotel, but I had no problem finding two sunbeds for me and my wife, sometimes had to fix something, for example. resolved tape or unfastened plastic Kitchen very focused on British tastes (bacon, eggs, sausage, potatoes), but only for breakfast. For me, personally, coffee was distasteful.

Review 12：Absolutely fantastic, friendly and courteous staff, from the first moment we entered the hotel, the whole 14 days until our departure. We had no problem with earlier check-in in and later check-out. Negative reviews about the hotel and staff are untrue. The hotel is clean and well-kept, numerous cleaning staff, there is even a gardener. Most of them speak Spanish and English. Animators are so fantastic that I can not describe it. We were with a small daughter, 4 years old, she attended daily classes at the Mini Club. Each day had a different theme, other fun activities, including a painting of her own design on a T-shirt. There were also activities for adults, archery and rifle, darts, water polo and other activities organized by the animators. Lunches and dinners were varied. I ate a lot of species of fish, were also beef, pork, lamb, veal and seafood, which is all :-) Lots of vegetables and fruits. In the evening were performances by various artists, they sang, danced flamenco, was a show with parrots and a cabaret. The bar is open until midnight, very friendly service. Very quiet air condition.

Review 21：The only negative thing is that the beach in front of the hotel is notwith sand but rocks...impossible to go with children. The picture ofbeach you see on the website is that one in front the other Believehotel, just a couple of km away. Was not a big problem, as we reachedin just 5 mins with taxi...but having it just in front of the hotelwould be better. This thing didn't ruin our holiday anyway... Itwas lovely!!

Review 22：This hotel is perfect for families with children! 2 swimming pools forchildren and mini club that keep them busy the whole day! Breakfast issuper, lunch and dinner are ok. Snacks and cocktail free. Lot of foodanyway. Rooms are spacious and nice. I was impressed of how comfortablethe mattresses are! We really enjoyed our all inclusive holiday, had agreat time with our 2 yo daughter. Baby menu' at dinner. Staff wasreally nice and helpful. Just 10 mins from the airport!

Review 33：Downside are that the mini bar in the hotel wasn't stacked, the safe was at an extra cost of over 2 euros a day and no Iron in the room, you have to use their laundery service which costs. No kettle or room service, Food in the all inclusive wasn't great, often cold and not a great variety. We ate out every night.

We wanted to keep room on for few hours on day of check out and wanted to pay we asked when checking in anwser was no, we asked if we could have a room for half hour on the actual day of check out to have shower, was sent to a shower room down by childrens play area, was flirty dirty, disgusting,would never go back to the hotel again ,coctails where watered down too

Review 50：- No ATM in the resort is a pain if you need cash for anything...we had to travel to the next town for one. - Coffee machines are switched off / unavailable at times when you really want one...the Cafe con Leche is so tasty too - Typical sun bed wars...get up early, reserve one with your towel, and watch from the restaurant! One day. everyone will be allocated their own spot, based upon the time of reservation (first come, first served) - On busy nights, no seating available in the huge bar/open area - 'No Diving' apparently not enforced - Bit of a trek to the actual assigned beach cove...the sister resort is better equipped in this respect - Over cooked meat...but it is a volume location and for the most part the food, in this respect, was great.

Review 51：- Sports facilities are excellent, but would recommend you bring your own tennis/squash racquets as we were lumped with the kids variations since the previous renters (1 Euro per piece) had failed to return the equipment. - Car rental is cheap (35 Euro for small car with AC...special deals available e.g. 4 days for price of 3) and the island deserves to be seen in its entirety since it is small and accessible enough to be covered in three lazy trips. - Cabs are also cheap and easy from this resort to the small town of Costa Teguise (less than 5 Euro) and makes up for the lack of shopping immediately at the resort itself. - Coastal walk way is a good link between this and the sister resort (Grand Playa) and takes approx 30 mins to complete - Special mention to Faz's Indian cuisine which was outstanding! - VIP Dining opportunity at the resort is well worth it - Local golf course is long & challenging with the wind, but do not bring your own clubs...the terrain will destroy them!

Review 106：We really enjoyed our break in Lanzarote. Hotel is great, you have everything you need there - nice food, drinks, cocktails included in all inclusive. Rooms spacious, clean and modern, nice balcony with sea view. We prefer beach, but the pool was nice to have as another option. It's handy to rent a car - you can visit lovely beaches, all of them just short drive from the hotel and there is enought parking outside the hotel. Staff nice and effective, the option of late check out is a great one.

Review 107：There wasn't much choice on the buffet and it seemed to be the same thing every night. The evening entertainment wasn't great, badly organised and held in the main bar which had little seating and large pillars that blocked most of the stage.

Review 108：A modern looking hotel with large, spacious room, all with balconies. A short walk from the beach and has bus stops right outside taking you to the main towns with buses running frequently. Plenty of activities for people of all ages within the hotel grounds and a pleasant walk to the nearest town

Review 109：The large expanse of the reception area also the bareness of the lounge/evening entertainment area which were all very soul less. Some of the seating in the lounge (the large chairs) almost impossible to sit on, they were avoided by almost everyone until there was no other option for seating. The impression of the whole hotel is soulless no pictures or plants. Another english speaking ( not cartoon) channel on the TV would be good. Some meal times were rather chaotic getting food, dread to think what it would be like at the height of the summer!
