Review 1：Water pressure was quite variable, as was the water temperature. Evening shows are quite loud (but mostly stop around 11pm) in the whole hotel. The wifi signal was quite poor.

Review 2：Hotel is located next to the beach, with a very nice view from the balcony. Room is spacious and clean. Fresh towels every day. Breakfast and dinner offer quite some variety across different days. Friendly people at the reception desk. Costa Teguise is a small village with mostly hotels, shops and restaurants. In our opinion this hotel was the best located.

Asked for the complaints book and was told they didn't have one. By spainish law, they should. He told us to complain the our holiday rep. Sorry but we are independent travellers. Afterwards on check out, he did not even make eye contact nor speak. Will NEVER stay here again.

Review 9：Far away for a life night, had to pay 60EUR every night we wanted to go to a place that did not close a 12pm. Rooms are no cousy, looks like a hospital room and the a/c did not work. Swimming pool extremely cold and food very average

Review 11：We expected a bath in our room but it had been taken out & shower put in. The shower area was slippy and the base was not deep enough to keep in water. This was not updated on Booking.com. To get internet for a wk costs €25 but it didn't work much of the time & when it did was slow. When I discussed this with one of the male receptionists I didn't like his attitude. The free half hour a day wifi in reception was also problematic. The majority of staff were so friendly and helpful but one of the bar staff in a yellow shirt was very abrupt to my husband when he tried to order after dinner. On booking we had requested a late check out but there was no availability when I mentioned this on the day. Anna in charge of the children was lovely and very helpful for our baby. Noise of builders during our stay. We booked in with a baby & would have expect a higher grid than in our room, other rooms had it. A child could have climbed up on a chair to go over the wall. We rented bikes and had to leave them in the car park. Other hotels allow them to be stored in the luggage room.

Review 12：The food and staff in the restaurant were great. We had a baby with us and always made such an effort to get milk, wipes, food etc. the decor is lovely in the hotel very relaxing in the foyer and bar with plenty of glass. The ladies who cleaned the rooms were also very nice and helpful if we needed anything. We liked the back gate to go directly to the promenade. Tennis courts are a good facility and the various games organised. It was good to have drinks etc all covered by our all in package. The wine in the restaurant was very nice. There was a great variety of food in the restaurant but sometimes the correct sign was not put over a salad and what were the contents of ie veg with fish or meat.

Review 29：In the info leaflet, the phrase "don't hesitate to ask" comes up a lot. However, on the two occasions that i did ask for something, ie renting a kettle and paying for a late checkout, I was told sorry, not available. I would have thought that a kettle would be included in a 4 star hotel room anyway. The late checkout was not for pleasure, but i had very bad sciatia with the leg pain and just wanted to rest before the plane. the staff had no empathy for me whatsoever. A great hotel but I will never go back there again. They need a good HR person to deal with medical and other emergencies.

Review 100：Rummen är slitna borde renoveras.Kranarna och duschen i badrummet borde bytas,de måste rensa dem i vårt superior rum tre gånger på 24 dagar.Enda skillnaden på superior(våning 5-6) och standard rum(1-4) var vilken våning och hurudant solläge.Hårt ljud hördes till rummet fastän vi bodde på 6:e våningen från underhållningen fram till midnatt. Inget vatten på flaska som man kan hämta till rummet fastän AI.

Review 101：Hotellet centralt beläget vid en vacker sandstrand där man kan simma.Fin utsikt från stor balkong över havet och poolerna.Sängarna var sköna med nya madrasser.Poolområdet lugnt fastän hotellet är stort,uppvärmd pool.Maten var god vi hade All inclusive och blev inte trötta på den fastän vi åt där 24 dagar.Personalen trevlig och goda drinkar i baren,shower alla kvällar en del bra.Allmänna utrymmena var fina med en innedamm där det fanns sköldpaddor och guldfiskar.

Review 102：We booked a superior room, thinking quite naturally that it would be superior, ie bigger, better quality furniture, etc etc. In fact the room was the same as every other room, the only difference being it was on the top floor with supposedly better views! This was the only negative of the hotel, the room was not of a standard we wanted.

Hope that gives a clear perspective and saves other travellers a similar fate . We saw this hotel as an Occidental 15 years ago, it's a sad shadow of its former self now , like a Travelodge inside the wrappings of a fancy hotel . Avoid at all costs .
