Review 1：I was aware that this was a squash centre/hotel/restaurant, but did not anticipate to go through 5 doors, past the squash area (totally dark after 11pm) into the room. The corridors smelled rubber, shower had a terrible mould smell - overall very poor condition for the price.

Review 3：staff were hopeless went to breakfast could not work how it worked, sat at table for a while nothing happened, lots of staff around so got up paid the bill and left without breakfast. Also wifi would not stay connected in the room but was good in the carpark.

Review 5：Cleaners/maids were a bit too noisy in the mornings - we'd had a 12 hour drive to get to the hotel and really wanted a lie-in the following morning, but the cleaners start about half 7 and wanted to enter the room to change the towels - wouldn't take no for an answer and just kept knocking on the door until my hubby let them in!! Only bad thing about the hotel!!
Review 6：Very easy to find and had a big car park. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. They have an extensive menu and have English copies of it, so you know exactly what you're ordering. The room was pretty basic but the bed was really comfortable. Nice shower room with complimentary toiletries.

Review 8：Very good value for money. Very comfortable beds. Bit tired decorwise but beds/shower clean. Children enjoyed a game of badminton at no extra charge. Restaurant packed. Food good and very plentiful. Waiting staff very helpful.

Review 13：As a family, we got two different rooms. The double room had AC, large bed, clean good bathroom. The room for tree persons was to hot, with no AC, the bathroom was old and not well cleaned. Easy to find and big parking.
Review 14：The front desk is also the restaurant payment desk. So you stand there with your luggage in the restaurant where everyone stares at you. The staff doesnt speak english, the rooms are old and stinky, the breakfast is minimal. Overall i would not recommend!

Review 16：No complaints from us. Noise from stairwells and corridors might be a problem if you're unlucky to be disturbed at night - we weren't. Hot water was rather lukewarm when I shaved, but I didn't run it to see if it would eventually come hot for a shower. If you approach from motorway, you need to turn off the road before you see the hotel sign. If you miss the turn, you need to do a difficult U-turn at the next lights.

The hotel was much better than the price suggested and was only 5 mins from the motorway (couple of cheap petrol stations in the village) Room was basic but perfect for what we needed = nice bed and hot shower.
