Review 1：No restaurant or bar despite website saying restaurant available. Only restaurant was across the car park in a casino!

Review 2：Receptionist very helpful as room keycard needed changing 3 times before it would open door

Review 3：I burnt my right thumb quite badly when using the egg boiling machine which was provided at breakfast. Staff were helpful, but unresponsive when I suggested that perhaps a ' very hot' notice next to the machine would be good! No response to my email from Best Western!

Review 7：It looks identical to a Motel, and also is set aside a Casino. Anyone can knock to your room, since it doesn't have to go through the reception.

Review 12：This is a basic Motel with a basic casino attatched we did not use thecasino as they required id on entrance and at 55 I did not think it wasworth going back to my room for. There was no one in when we tried toget in "I wonder why !" the room was clean with a nicebathroom a very small mini bar and usual high charges ,safe (not used)small patio with morning sun and tea coffee making but only 1 of eachitem !!! eg 1 coffee 1 decafe 1 tea 1 flavored tea ???

Review 22：Loved the room, facilities spot on, except the minor " What didn't you like" comments. Ground floor preferred for me with a walk onto terrace. Room was spotlessly clean. Big bath tub, multi European Tv options. I nearly stole the mattress as it was more comfortable than my own at home. Love the motel style ,as I can park outside my room. Would not only reccomend this place, but you may find me in the room next to yours. (I am looking to buy a house in Gruissan, and expect to be there a lot until I do).

I believe it would struggle achieve a 1star in Ireland.

Review 75：Bad soundproofing which becomes an issue on saturdays when you would rather sleep than listen to the loud karaoke songs from the wedding in the adjoining casino. The location is quite far from any beach, on the other side of the town, and even if land should'd been quite cheap when they built it, they still managed to reduce the rooms to a double bed size + 1m around it. Realy tiny rooms. Restaurant a coté is poor and you have no alternative within walkable distance. In fact, you need your car for pretty much everything. Staff quite blasé. Explained to me in quite categorical way that staff had to eat together at noon, so I should come back later cuz the room is not ready.

Review 81：This hotel is good value. Our room was very clean and fresh smelling. The breakfast was really excellent, served just behind the reception area. Plenty of choice and plenty of it! The breakfast area looks out onto a small lake. Car parking is available and if the area adjacent to the rooms is full, there is a large car park at the Casino next door. The marina at Gruissan is about 15 minutes walk away with plenty of restaurants to cater for all tastes.

Review 92：More like a US motel than a hotel. Accommodation blocks reminiscent of a holiday camp. Room was not ready on arrival though we arrived well after 5 pm and keys were issued for the rooms. Would rate as 2 star rather than 3. That said, the rooms were perfectly adequate.

Review 93：Located close to the waterfront (5 min walk) in Gruissan, so convenient for all the bars, restaurants and activities of the resort. Spacious free parking area.

Review 94：The wooden handrails on the stairs to the rooms need sealing or some kind of maintenance. They are too large to hold securely, are rough and I suffered two splinters from them.. My joints and sense of balance are not so good these days and I need to hold stairway rails especially if I am carrying a suitcase.
