Review 1：Charmless cottage on a busy road. No real view. Photos misleading. Not sound proofed. Cheaply furnished and outdated bathrooms.

Review 6：Beware of hidden extras - cleaning €55, plus charge for dog €10 per night. Furniture in living space turned out to be beds covered in blankets. Owner has three dogs that are assertive at best which she allows to roam outside. It is not possible to reach your car without being intercepted by the dogs. Lack of oven (microwave only) restricts self cateringx options. Barbecue was filthy.
Review 7：Cap Ferret is a special place. Well worth a visit. The owner was very hekpful and worked hard to please. Both kitchen and bathroom recently re-fitted (IKEA). Outside sitting spaces front and back. Living space very cool even in hot weather. Imagine it would be cold out of season.
