Review 1：Catherine and Valerie welcomed us at their Maison d’hôtes. We really enjoyed the night there, the ambience is nice and cosy. Everything is done with love for their work! We recommend L’Onzaine for those who want to have calm and romantic time at Vallée de la Loire!

Review 2：The owner was quite angry with us when we arrived 90min later than expected, despite us phoning twice to explain and apologize that afternoon. A very uncomfortable experience despite the beauty of the B&B itself. An odd experience I hope not to repeat.

Review 9：Four of us stayed three nights. The location is perfect for chateaux visits. Catherine and Valerie were superb hostesses. Weekend evening meals with them were a delight; in the lovely garden, interesting home cooking with local ingredients/wine and top value. Breakfasts similarly home produced. Rooms individually designed with very comfortable beds. Must mention superb evening meal in Onzain at La Charbonnette.

The breakfast was delicious and included homemade breads and jams. Our room was very comfy and modern. The location is near Blois and has the small town country charm and many chateaux that we visited are not far.

Catherine is the perfect host(kind,warm and she speaks several languagues...not mentioning how she cooks) and every corner of the house is lovely.But the best,best,best thing comes when you sleep in the fantastic matress. Review 22：In January, Onzain is almost closed because everybody seems to be on vacation, so we had to reach Amboise for food. Not a big deal.

Review 23：The owner, Catherine, is one of the nicest persons we´ve ever met. Made everything possible to give us all possible comfort, and it was a wonderful stay. Onzain is a nice city just between Amboise and Tours, so is the best option to visit all the castles and attractions in the region. The house is cozy, beautifully decorated, charming, with attention to every little detail. We travelled with our ten years old child and it was an amazing experience overall. Amazing breakfast. Wonderfull time.

Review 25：Nice and clean rooms just as shown on pictures, in a very quiet position with a beautiful backyard garden. Very tasty breakfast. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful (took us to the train station by car). Bikes for rent at a reasonable rate. Highly recommended stay if you are visiting the region!

Review 26：We enjoyed very much our 2 night stay at L' Onzaine, room "Boudoir" on September 19 and 20, 2014. The room was relatively small but very clean, quite and confortable. Good Wi-Fi signal all over the building. Very nice continental breakfast. The staff very helpful, they helped us find a restaurant at Amboise the first night and we had a great diner there on the second (Saturday) night at a nice price (50 euros for 2 persons). If we ever return to the Loire valley we will certainly stay there.

Review 28：Myself and two friends thoroughly enjoyed the two nights we spent at L'Onzaine. The "Ailleurs" room accommodated all 3 of us very comfortably, was nicely laid out and with great facilities. L'Onzaine's hosts were warm without being intrusive. The breakfast, with delicious homemade jams, pain du lait and spiced loaf, and crusty bread, along with a good variety of fine tea (for those who don't enjoy coffee) was terrific. If we were to visit the region again, we would certainly stay here. Thanks for the great hospitality.
