Review 1：We liked everything

Review 2：We went for Christmas. Had a lovely time, Bit of a walk to the nightlife but not a problem for us as we enjoy walking so it was ok. Very good hotel, loads of space and clean.

Review 3：The apartments were just a bit too far out -- although there was a shuttle bus 3x daily. They would be great for someone with a car. The pool wasn't heated. Furnishings were a bit basic -- mainly I would have liked a better bed.

Review 5：Room was very dated and tatty. Many floor tiles broken. Room was dark, bedside light missing. Stuffing coming out of sofa and table. Dripping sound in bathroom, ceiling covered in polystyrene ceiling tiles which was a safety issue. Loud music blaring from speaker outside of our balcony till 10pm. Balcony tiny! Disappointed how little greenery there was and how bland and bare the complex looked. I have stayed in several properties in this resort and was surprised how poor this was in comparison to ones nearer the town. Glad I only paid an offer price.

Review 8：Appartment was very spacious and linen changed very regulary. Unexpectedly TV was not charged for, just a deposit on remote returned when departing

Review 9：the sleeping room was not separated from the living room and kitchen space with a door, it was a completely open space. The kitchen equipment is pretty poor. the mattress was not that comfortable..

Review 10：We had a big appartment with a balcony with sea view and we had a tub. The facility is close to the center of Costa Teguise (5 mins by car). There is a bar with a billard table. The toilet was separated from the bathroom with a door (but this was within the bathroom..).

Review 11：My girlfriend found the bed slightly uncomfortable but not enough not to go back.

Review 12：We had great value for money, also all the staff were excellent and friendly especially the bar staff, as were the fellow guests. Reception were extremely helpful anytime we needed them or to answer a few questions about stuff to do in the area. Prices at the pool bar for food and drink extremely good as most hotels overcharge. Already looking forward to getting back next year already!

Review 13：Shower was not working well, but we had a bath so didn't really mind. Headboard was off the wall. All a bit old , but good value for money.

Review 14：The size of room good location of room was good we were not over looking the pools which we liked, very clean.

Review 15：our taxi driver took us to the other accommodation with a similar name which meant we then had to walk! This was a bit far from the beach etc, but was an absolute BARGAIN so can't complain. pool = cold in April - brrrrr!

Review 23：The Lift is Boarded up. 49 steps is a bit much for holiday. You had to put a deposit on everything, sun bed cushions, TV remote, etc etc Room Soft chairs seats need replaceing. No security in the Blocks everything left open.

Review 27：Cockroaches. Apartments was rented for 9 days - the first time was cleaned after 4 days and it is only done after we ask the receptionist. Bad receptionist job - when we ask about room cleaning, she said that she never know ....

Review 29：1 bartender to cook serve clean etc was not enough, waited for 15mins once to be served whilst they cooked in the back.. Bell needed perhaps? Kitchen facilities in apartment poor for self catering, had to ask for simple things like a tin opener. Beds were not so comfortable.

Review 31：The distance to walk to the main town of Costa Teguise was a good 20-25 mins. Little children may struggle but a taxi was only a few euros.

Review 33：It was too windy in the swimming pool area. Not the hotel's fault I guess. Water too cold to swim. Sunbeds broken and not enough for everyone. People used to leave their towels or put the sunbeds in their terraces even when they weren't using them or overnight. I complaint about them but nothing was done about that. I didn't feel like being in that swimming pool either. Full of rude kids too.

Review 56：The TV was on a meter which was quite expensive and then when we did use it reception was poor and there wasn't a remote, considering we chose a room (when booking) with satellite TV we only had 10 or so channels. One pool was empty and out of use which wasn't disclosed to us prior to booking and the other had no lifeguard on duty. The hot water ran out after filling about 1 third of the tub so had to wait the best part of an hour for it to refill.

Review 57：Location was good as only 10min walk to shops, bars, restaurants and beach. It was a quiet and calm place. Excellent sized room with 2 additional beds if needed. There was a great view of the town and sea.

VERY IMPORTANT - the complex is simply known as "Paradise", and this is the name that should be used when booking any transport (or you will end up at the wrong place).

Review 64：We were accommodated in Las Colinas. It is other resort, but the same owner.Side by side of Lanzarote Paradise which is in lower stndard. Quiet location but too far away from beach side.If you rent a car it's ok. Nice view from balcony for ocean and mountains. Well equippped kitchen, large living room (iron, iron desk, clothes dryer). Bathroom in good condition. Towels changed every second days. Cleaning also every second days. Free shutlle to the beach at 10, 12 and 16.30. No problem with parking place. Nice waterpool for adults and children separately. Balcony included table, chairs and sunbeds. Ca. 1,7 km from Spar supermarket. I would recommend Las Colinas.

Review 65：they were so spacious, they were 2 big single beds, a fold up bed and a couch that turned into a big double, there was loads of room, the kitchen was massive , along with the bathroom and utility and bedroom, the cleaner was in every second day cleaning the apartment, we had a very big balcony aswell, oh and the pools were seriously out of this world, very enjoyable stay, could not fault it in anyway

Review 66：The location is excellent if you have a car (car rental is very cheap in Lanzarote i paid 90 Euro for one week!!) It was clean, perfect value for money. wifi and tv you must pay but i didnt mind because i was there for vacation so it was just great for us. 10000% recomend it!

Review 69：The apartments at the los Colinas were lovely very spacious and veryclean.. This was out of season and quiet but this did not stop my lovelystay... The town and beach are a 20 minute walk but a taxi is 3 euros sonot bad.. There is only a small bar on site but it serves a goodbreakfast and snack meals until 21.00... the pools are lovely and thereis a play area for children... This was a good base for me and I woulddefinately go back.

As I am herefor 2 months and stay in door in the evenings, I wouldnt mind paying forthe tv if it had some british channels, but a few american channels isno choice and at one euro for 50 mins it is a rip off. This is somethingwhich might prevent me from booking here again next year.
