Review 1：The pillows are too soft. Staff are not that friendly, perhaps because they don't really understand English. The laundry room is very dodgy and I don't feel safe when I was in there.

Review 5：One night, we couldn't sleep because of young men that were screaming just under our windows. They went out of the club, that is just next door. It was about 4.00am when they had started and at 8.00 they were still there.

Review 15：Location - city centre, very clean apartement, with all cooking utensils and dishwasher. We recommend to reserve the parking place, especially when travelling with large car. Nice main bedroom.

Review 16：Internet not working, hotel should not be allowed to advertise internet available in all areas if it's not working. Broken chair in room and when asked to have it replaced we were advised that someone would look into it in the morning,would not offer a replacement.

Review 28：Don't take a room looking outside, on the street: you will feel like in Harlem of New York all night long. Shouting, arabic music, fighting, etc... we could not sleep at all. Later we found a night club in the neighboring building: that explained everything.

Review 119：The apartment wasn't cleaned every day although towels were changed as requested. In order to park a medium sized car in the hotel's parking garage you have to be an "artist driver" as there is no room to maneuver the car.

Review 122：We booked a small apartment with two bedrooms (one very small with bunk beds and no windows), perfect for an overnight stop on our way to the Alps. It was very clean and with a well equipped kitchenette and large bathroom. We used the garage and found it wasn´t as small as some comments say but then, it was almost empty. The hotel is steps away from the historic central square, and many restaurants.

Review 123：Studio for 1/2 persons was spacious and clean with a useful kitchen area (microwave, oven top, cutlery & crockery, pots & pans). Hotel was located centrally with easy access to railway station and adjacent to a small supermarket. All in all, comfortable and good value for money..

Review 124：The apartment style room was perfect for a family with older children. Two bedrooms: one with double bed and another with bunk beds. There was also a living area with a couch that easily became two single beds and a kitchenette that had a microwave, stove top, dishwasher and dishes and pans. Perfect for function. Not overly fancy but perfect for a group with a very reasonable price. Located centrally near the theaters ad shopping. Garage parking for a fee or paid street parking that can be free if you are early risers (out before 9am). The staff was helpful and the room was very clean. Bath/tub combo with good water pressure.
