Review 1：TV - international channels you have to pay( bought 3 days for 10€), but quality of the picture was bad.WiFi 6€ per 24 hours for one devise(connection was alright ) were staying on 2nd floor.

Review 2：Good size rooms, big balcony. Nice view from the balcony. Cleaning was done every day ( even dishes were washed):-). Shops,restaurants ,atm are 10 min walk from the hotel. There is a shop in the hotel. Comfortable mattresses. Beautiful pool area with sun beds, beautiful garden.Free car park.

Review 23：I have been to Gran Canaria on many occasions but never to this part of the coast. I absolutely loved it. It is very natural and the beaches are easily accessible but virtually untouched by the commercial side of things. Although you are very near fantastic eating places and shops. The staff in the hotel were very helpful. They dealt with anything as quickly as they could. They arranged delivery of a great birthday cake for me and provided a complimentary bottle of wine. I would suggest this is a great resort for families and couples. I wouldn't recommend it for the nightlife!! It's a lively place in the evening for food and drink but there is an absence of "bars" and nightclubs. It is a little bit in need of some decoration but that I feel is reflected in the price. I was extremely happy with my massive 2 bed roomed flat with its amazing sea view. The pool is gorgeously well maintained and there is a lovely poolside restaurant /bar. There are good transport links directly outside the hotel. However I always hire a car.

Review 24：Bed is uncomfortable, facilities very old requires updating. The fact that I came with my three year old baby he was frightened of moving ants within the bathroom and the swimming pool and jacoozi is freezing cold they don't have heated pools.

Review 30：The facilities are really old and not in good shape anymore. Luckily we just had 2 nights stay, not a one- or two-week holiday there. There were lots of small flies in the bathroom when we arrived... Fail to meet the room service, we had lots of fun playing around with the flies... The beach in front is quite small and with small stones, there are also quite some alga in the water, not suitable for swimming.

Review 31：We didn't have other options anymore, because we were too late to reserve for the weekend. The apartment room is very big. The swimming poor area is nice. There is small supermarket in hotel. Reasonable price for half board, fresh grilled fish or meat included in the buffet price as well. We were very happy to have dinner in the hotel after the whole day hiking & driving, just convenience! But don't put high expectation on the quality of food. :) BTW, a waitress in the restaurant is very professional and friendly.

Review 76：The extreme coldness of the pool (nearly nobody in the water): this alone ruins the stay in such a place. We also found it regrettable to pay for every service, as wifi, tv, and so on. Moreover, the equipment of the rooms is of bad quality and in a bad state (locks, stores, sofa). On top of all, no sign of welcome, not even a bottle of water in the room. The coffee was awfull (we decided not to try anything else...)

Review 80：The fact that we didn't have a hot tub in our room, despite being written on the confirmation letter. That was especially disappointing because we were there for the honeymoon. The kitchen had no kettle and I had to ask for it twice. I also asked for an iron, which I never got. Didn't like the dinner. It's overpriced and wasn't tasty. Mojitos had no limes in it. Right before checking out from the hotel I've asked for the bus timetable. I was given one, but the busses went to complete opposite direction. Also the reception staff rather ignored guests. They wouldn't greet you and when you approach the reception desk they'd ignore you until you say something. I found it very unprofessional for 4* hotel to provide such service.

Review 81：We absolutely loved the location. The hotel is located in a nice quiet area far from famous tourist attractions and it's right by the coast. There is a private access to the beach from the hotel. Some of the staff were very friendly are were willing to help, but it was rather an exception. The view from the huge balcony (we stayed on the 4th floor) was amazing! The pool were cleaned early in the morning.
