Even after I complained about it coz I have kids and stroller, nothing was done except apology. - Hand wash basin in one of the bathrooms was almost plugged . Even I reported it no action was done. - One of the bathrooms had no trash bin. - The cleaning fees was too high (30% of two night stay fare !! )

Review 12：The decoration of the living rooms were great. Location is at a considerable walking distance to city center and very close to ski bus station. . Staff is helpfull but reseption is closed at a very early time.

Review 13：- 300 euro deposit for 3 weeks even if everything was ok at checkout - forgot to turn sauna on or want to make savings - 110 euro for cleaning is hudge, moreover is you don't wash your dishes they take money from your deposit.

I asked at reception and was told that they had received numerouscomplaints but that the owners refused to turn the heat up as theybelieved it was at the right temperature for the Wellness area. Review 66：The village of Kaprun is quite small, and the night life options are limited. However it is easy to get a taxi to neighbouring Zell Am See c.10 mins which has a large selection of bars and clubs. To get to the wellness centre you need to walk through the car park. You need to take a bus (free) to access the slopes both in Kaprun and Zell Am See.

Review 67：Excellent value for money. The fit and finish of the apartments was extremely high. The apartments were less than 2 years old, and the most spacious and comfortable ski accommodation I have stayed in. The apartments had a great wellness centre including a number of saunas. The apartments were next to the bus stop for the slopes. There is the option to ski in both the Glacier by Kaprun and the reosrt of Zell Am See The apartments came with a significant number of towels, robes dishes and glasses as well as dishwasher etc. The town is very cheap for a ski resort.

Review 78：The price euro 3800 per week for 3 bedrooms aparts seems high, but notthe highest in Kaprun anyway :) In sauna zone (which is one for bothsexes) people are requested to be naked which is not acceptable forRussian people, specifically with young children. German and Austriancouples were naked there and our kids were embarrassed. And we were aswell :) But it was not a problem. Just some fun!

Review 86：The apartments were built in mid 2010 and is furnished in a contemporarystyle with a good sized kitchen that includes all necessary appliances,dishwasher, free access to washing machine and dryer and finally abeautiful patio overlooking the Kaprun mountains. We felt right at homein this modern and suitably spacious environment. The resort alsoincluded free access to a beautiful spa and indoor swimming pool. Theapartments are centrally located and within walking distance of theshops. It is also on the ski busroute. We absolutely enjoyed our stayand will definitely return. Staff were friendly and fluent in English.

Theappartment was very impressive as you walked through the door,spotlessly clean, extremely well appointed with modern, practicalequipment. This was ideal for our family of five. One of the majoradvantages was the location as it is a five minute walk to the towncentre. There was also the added bonus of having the ski bus stopoutside the door!!.

Theski facilities were very good, and the bus stop just outside the doorfor the ski shuttle. Location was central and we were able to accessshops easily. The apartment had everything when we wanted to self caterand there were plenty of glasses, crockery and enough kitchen ware, plusa great fridge. Modern bathrooms and very clean. The staff were veryhelpful, in fact they couldn't have been more friendly and happy to helpout. We had a great dinner in the restaurant also. Fantastic.

This is a damage deposit which will be refunded within 9 to 30 days after an inspection of the apartment on the day of departure.
