Review 2：Very friendly welcome all the time. Nothing was too much trouble. The central heating boiler had failed , but there were plenty of heaters. The rooms have a great view over the bay towards the mountains.; The food was excellent.

Review 10：It is difficult to know where to start from! The welcome, advice for eating in the town, the facilities and accommodation , the comfort and decor, the view from the window overlooking the straits, the boats on the water and the Snowdonia hills beyond surreal and breathtaking on waking.. ..everything was fantastic and made for a very memorable and enjoyable stay. We have never walked into a room and both taken a deep intake of breath and gone "WOW" before. Great breakfast and great hosts - even down to making sure that we had a close and secure parking slot for the night. Highly recommended and be prepared to have a smile on your face from start to finish and good memories to take with you on your journey.

Review 13：Beautiful rooms in a lovely setting. All the little details much appreciated, such as the bottles of water and fresh milk in a fridge. Our room, or should I say suite with an exquisitely furnished sitting area looking out to sea was perfect. The owners were very friendly, breakfast was sumptuous and they even parcelled up the Danish pastries for us for later! 10/10
Review 14：From the minute we walked in we received a warm welcome. The guest house was beautiful. Jean and max were extremely helpful and the perfect hosts. Our suite was immaculate with beautiful views of the harbour. The breakfast we had was amazing and really set us up for a days exploring the island. This guest house was perfect. We will definitely be staying again!
Review 15：It was awful weather when we stayed Sunday night 23rd August and our all too brief stay with Max and Jean made that seem unimportant! We had the first floor suite, absolutely beautiful and imaginatively furnished. We loved it. Max's restaurant recommendation was spot on ( the Pier House)and breakfast and hospitality fab. Will return.
Review 16：I know the front of house was being friendly but I am a type of person who say the pleasantries and move on, not a long conversation every time we encounter. I was on business and needed to get things done, I not in holiday mode.
Review 17：Good spacious room with a good selection of teas and coffees with a pack chocolate biscuits to boot. The price is in the detail, ie two wine glasses, corkscrew, with complimentary bottled water and milk in the fridge for the tea.
Review 18：The prescribed time for breakfast didn't work for us either 8.30 or 9.30 (too late). The rate of £100 is too much for the room as we followed our stay here in a much larger country house at £110 which gave such good value.

Review 23：Location is brilliant - you can walk into town along the water front and there are many good restaurants within a few minutes stroll. The view is fantastic and the owners could not be more friendly and helpful. Bedroom suite has own sitting room which was a real bonus. Breakfast was superb with a beautiful selection of fresh fruit and a 'full English' cooked to order (plus loads more that we could not manage).We would definitely stay again.

Our suite was beautiful with a stunning view of the Menai Strait, a comfy bed and very spacious bathroom with bath and separate shower. Tea and coffee making facilities were excellent including real milk in a jug in the fridge. Breakfast was superb - a fruit platter as good if not better than those served in the poshest 5* hotels, a feast of a cooked breakfast to follow with vegetarians well catered for as well and home made scones on the side.

Review 27：Drafts to windows but it is an old house and cream blinds which let light in early Morning. Max rectified the drafts whilst we were there.

Review 38：My boyfriend and I chose this place mostly due to the breathtaking view and excellent reviews, and it turned out to be even better than we expected. Max and Jean are the most welcoming hosts, we felt like part of the family from the moment we walking in. The room (and reception room + bathroom) was huge and immaculately presented, on top of that we really liked the decor, you notice the authenticity and love they've put in this place. Do have the full breakfast - it's nothing like you've ever tried before! Worth the trip from London :)

The suites are amazing with sea views so close you can hear the waves lapping up against the shore. breakfast was fabulous, everything thing thought of to cater for a variety of tastes. We cannot praise Ty Anne enough. We stayed for 3 days to have a relaxing break away from work and that is exactly what we got. Big thank you and we hope to see you all again soon! X

Review 51：Arrived Friday night for 2 night short bring, and found a warm welcome from host Max. Suite on top floor was full of style and character. Excellent facilities. Hosts very attentive and provided wonderful service. Breakfast was a veritable feast cooked to perfect by Jean, and pastries wrapped and provided for lunch, much need on our walk to Puffin Island ( and back). Thank you Max & Jean excellent and well worth checking this B&B out Good value for money. Hard working hosts who's aim is to make your stay perfick!
Review 52：The only slight criticism I would have was that the double bed was made of two single beds put together, so if you slept in the middle of it it was slightly uncomfortable.
Review 53：The owners of the guest house were very friendly and gave us great advice on where to eat and drink and what to do during our stay. The suite was beautiful and so much bigger and more grand than it appears to be in the pictures. Loved that it was right on the sea front so you woke up and went to sleep with beautiful views and the sound of seagulls and it was literally a two minute walk to the centre of Beaumaris. The breakfast was also delicious! Would definitely recommend staying here and will hopefully be staying again!

Review 61：We felt chilly and there was no heating on in our suite. It was a cold, wet and blustery evening and we had to wrap the duvet round us to keep warm. We would have liked to have snuggled up in bed to watch a film but the TV is situated in the 'lounge' area of the suite.

The owners are really amazing people who enjoy running their B&B - and it showed in their attentiveness to ensuring we enjoyed our stay. No silly travel kettle, but a full sized kettle, milk in a jug and every sort of tea catered for. along with a chiller in which pastries appeared, and kept the wine cool.
