Review 1：There was no lift for suitcases. Shower cubicle smallest I have seen!
Review 2：The position was fantastic. Receptionist found us a required doctor efficiently. Facility for car which was great
Review 3：No hairdryer in the too. I had to ask for it. Last night, a lot of noise till 4:00 am from the street downstairs. I couldn't sleep at all. I called the reception twice to get the police to stop them and they simply didn't care. I won't be back to this place!

Review 5：It's a little noisy at 6am when the tables and chairs are put out by the bar downstairs and the rubbish and cleaning trucks circle around the area but the double pane windows make up for it.

Review 11：Excellent location -right on the port - only a few minutes walk from all the restaurants and shops. Friendly staff. We had booked a superior room which was comfortable and had a balcony but none have sea views. Despite being in the centre of town it was very quiet.

Review 14：The location near the waterfront at the end of the beach is excellent. Even though there is a bar on the ground floor the noise didn't bother us. The room was larger than many we have stayed in in France. Parking in the lot up the hill was a bit tricky to figure out but worked out fine in the end. The hotel staff were very helpful in explaining in English how it worked. Once we parked the car everything was in easy walking distance.

Review 19：The rudeness of the female receptionist. The room was very old, with a very old and run down bathroom. It surely needs some renovation! The bed was very tiny, one and a half places and not double, even if we slept ok. We paid for a superior room and were so shocked to have that room instead, and when we went to tell the receptionist in the morning she only said that yes it was indeed a superior room, they only put the best pictures on Booking and if we wanted we could have complained with the manager. She wasn't helpful at all and even looked annoyed by our questions.

Review 21：The door locks are a real issue. At least once a day the electronic key has to be changed. Also, the doors are hard to shut, so you have to slam them. Makes the building noisier than it should be.

Review 29：We got a nice room but exactly above the night club 'Big Ben'. We didn't know about it before night has started. We couldn't sleep all night, you could hear and fell every bass. Asking in the middle of the night about changing room we got no answer, just jokes about this party. Next day we asked about other room and we got much smaller one, not really clean and very stinky. The worst was that after changing this loud room they wanted put there already another guests what is totally out of our minds, because the club is open every night during high season. So pay attention which room you are getting! There were few above this club, they had harbour view and balcony.

Review 32：Very comfortable bed, nice balcony, air conditioning (there was a heat wave during our stay), the hotel could not be better situated - right on the edge of the harbour/beach area - less than a minute from bars/restaurants/sea front. Cassis itself if absolutely beautiful, by day and by night. I can't wait to go back, and I would stay in this hotel again.

Review 36：Fabulous location, helpful staff and wonderfully comfortable beds. The rooms are basic but have everything you need for a shirt stay and are lovely and cool during a heatwave! Breakfast is simple but tasty with fresh pastries and freshly squeezed orange juice.

The WiFi worked in the lobby but not the room. The toilet seat fell off and nearly took down one in our group. The desk staff is mixed. One woman was very nice. The other woman and the night gentlemen were not helpful. Her quote "You do not need WiFi since you are on vacation".

Review 51：Competent tourist hotel very well located. No elevator. Beware--parking in Cassis on weekend very difficult. You must arrive early for a good spot (eg parking Mimosa). Advise to take train or bus if possible. Well worth the visit.

Review 53：The delights of Cassis are literally right outside the hotel door, so you feel you are a part of this picturesque harbour-front town with easy access to the restaurants, boat trips to the calanques (not to be missed), etc. Standard very good for a 2-star hotel.

The brasserie next door served a good variety of meals from pizza to fresh fish. We had reserved a car park which was in a locked garage on site. The beds were very comfortable. There was breakfast on site but we preferred to eat at the coffee shops overlooking the Marina and boats.

Review 76：My only complaint and really not a complaint was that I forgot my laptoptherefore, couldn't use their wifi and they did not have a computerfor the use of guests. In the entire town there was only one internetcafe which was in the dry cleaning store which they call (press)!!!! Iguess most people use cell phones to text if no computer.
Review 77：Hotel faced a small Plaza where the outdoor market started, abundantrestaurants choices and was about half a block from the port and beach.Perfect location and surprisingly inexpensive for the location. Thestaff were professional, friendly and at least 2 spoke englishperfectly, the others, french of course and other languages. Thebreakfast was only 1 or 2 euros more than found in restaurants nearby soa good convenience.

Review 79：A superb visit. We had a balcony room overlooking the main square to the harbour. The bathroom was very seaside, with an open plan and a floor decorated with stones from the sea. Quite spacious.

Review 81：Cassis is a hidden gem, it is small and truly beautiful. There are relatively many tourists but this doesn't spoil the charm at all. We had a room with view of the harbour, trees block the view a bit, but still great. The room was spacious, clean, and interesting (open bathroom).
