Review 1：The mattress on the bed was very soft memory foam which might not suit those with back problems. The service was sometimes a little slow in the dining room, if you are in a hurry!

Review 2：Beautiful and immaculately clean room with a balcony overlooking the sea, and immediate access to a great sandy beach. Delicious and plentiful food for breakfast and dinner. A quiet and relaxing ambience in the hotel, with friendly, helpful staff.

Review 3：This hotel is located in the worst place during winter period. We stayed for a week and nowhere in the island was so windy than near the hotel. It was impossible to use the beach near hotel and we had to go to Puerto Eico or to some other beaches on the island. The hotel guest were mainly older people and San Agustin is the place for older people. There was usually music in the evenings - so if you wanted to go to sleep at 23 for example, then you had to "enjoy" the music (which in some days was awful).

Review 17：Bed was a bit hard. Wish the chairs on the balcony were more comfortable. Pillows were flat. But I would definitely come back.

Review 18：The entire staff was extremely friendly, especially Ema and Alan. Breakfast was good with many different options. Plenty of places to eat in walking distance and the walkway along the beach is amazing. Plenty of chairs next to the pool to get some sun.

Generally the staff in the restaurant didn't seem to know whether they were coming or going much to customers detriment. Fernando particularly good at under achieving in everything he did. Review 24：Spent 10 days in august 2013. Very nice hotel. Surfing spot is justinfront of the hotel. Few steps to the left waves are lower. The beachis wide and well mainteined. Playa Ingles where very many places to eatare nested is about 20-25 min of a very pleasant walk along the ocean.

Review 26：There could be more fresh produce at breakfast - more fresh fruit. We went half board but ate out a few nights as there are some lovely reasonably priced restaurants in San Agustin. Wouldn't go half board again as prefer the atmosphere and variety of the restaurants.

Review 30：This was the 3rd visit my wife & I made to the Beach Club @ San Agustin, it is a very nicely located hotel very near the sandy beach. We only stay bed and breakfast, and did enjoy our one dinner at the hotel. The staff are very kind and helpful,the rooms are mostly sea facing, and I would advise them for the little extra cost. The majority of the clients are Scandinavian and German, but all the staff speak English and are most helpful. The saltwater pool is an added bonus, and the gardens are kept to a very high standard. We are regular travelers and can recommend The Beach Club at San Agustin .

Review 31：Cleaning lady was to slow sometimes. Wi-fi is allowed for extra price, but if you have a lan wire you can use it ina room for free. Bathroom was with an old equipment.

Review 32：Was nice to stay in this Hotel. Not big hotel, suitable more for grown up people who want to have a calm vacation. Staff was good and helpful, smily people, good manager, responsible receptionists. Hotel location is excelent, exactly on the ocen coast, hotel territory is bordered with a glass "walls"it helps a lot when its windy. Room is nice and clean, with a great seaview from the balcony. Breakfast is ok, not a big variaty, but still ok.
