Review 1：Nothing. This is a truly superb hotel.

Review 2：Everything. Beautifully renovated historic building. Friendly staff, convenient off-street parking. Large room, spotlessly clean.

Review 3：Within walking distance of the town centre, marina and beaches, this hotel had everything we were looking for. We had bed linen and towels changed every day - luxury.

Review 4：Not a 4 star hotel (maybe that's why the price was low). There appeared to be a bar but noone serving in it (at 6-6.30 in the evening!). Overall the surroundings were superficially luxurious but where were the staff?.Also (and I know this is hypocritical) too many English people - probably taking advantage of the same offer I used. If I wanted to be surrounded by Brits I'd save the airfare and go to Bournemouth!.

My only comment would be to improve the quality of the coffee, it would make such a difference for breakfast and the location is soo nice to enjoy it!!! Review 44：Sponge filled pillows let the sleeping experience down. Rear bedrooms don't have a balcony so no view. Room best for just sleeping rather than relaxing in. Bar closed at 22:00 so if you returned from eating in town and fancied a nightcap or coffee neither were available.

Review 87：The building was formerly a convent. It has been beautifully renovated. Location is in close proximity to the citadel and to the beach. There is a lovely shady terrace, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or sightseeing. Secure, complimentary car-parking across the road from the hotel was a huge bonus. Lovely view of the bay from the private balcony.

Review 88：The staff. The employee receiving us was not that empathic and didn't give us the right wifi details. In the morning, at breakfast, the waiters started to remove the food without warning the guests that were still in the room.

Our room had a shallow step in the middle of the room which was a constant hazard The bar was closed during the daytime, no drinks or coffees could be obtained until 6 pm. Review 93：The Louis XV-esque decor throughout the hotel set this apart from all others we saw in Calvi. Great staff (Ana Marie and batman - sorry name forgotten) were superb. Large rooms, clean and comfortable. By far best value option. Great location: quiet but only 60 seconds walk from all the action. If I return to Calvi (which was a surprisingly good place to visit) I'd definitely return.

At the reception they give you free beach towels. No deposit is taken. The rooms are spacy and equiped with everything you need including bath and body care, bathrobes, sleepers. The rooms have central air conditioning, safe is free, mini bar with water. Breakfast was not included. You can choose from either continental beakfast for 9 euros or buffet breakfast for 18 euros per person. The private hotel taxi service is less expensive than city taxi (comparing the airport transfer).
