Reviews for Le Pavillon
Review 1:Needs updating badly. Stairs, hallways dark, walls, doors falling apart. Entry much to be desired. Feeling of a very unsafe hotel until a couple of days stay to 'get used' to the environment. No soap, shampoo. Staff friendly though. Bar/restaurant much better shape.
Review 2:Location good
Review 3:Trafic noise most of the night, right on 4 way junction. Parking 2 streets away in open public area. 3 flights of stairs carrying bags.
Review 4:Position only 5 minute walk across bridge to old town. Nice outside area. Had evening meal good quality and price.
Review 5:Restaurant was disappointing and breakfast was minimal. The main focus of the proprietor seems to be to provide a convivial atmosphere in the bar and accommodation appears to be a secondary consideration.
Review 6:Not Much. Quiet despite location on the main thoroughfare. Storage for our bicycles.
Review 7:Bcux there is no AC in the room, and my nightmare came with when I opened the window, there were soooo many bugs in the night....in conclusion, don't ever try to open the windows, even if the weather is very hot....however, I think it's common in the area....but it's very horrible....
Review 8:Smell in the room, probably someone had smoked before us and half of bottle perfumer was sprayed in the room. Room but corridor mainly needs renovation . Not really suitable for travelers with children - for students and youngsters its ok. Renovation of the front street at November 14.
Review 9:Good location, bar downstairs, helpful personnel, free parking at streets, one big parking lot also 150m distance.
Review 10:The staff simply speak few English, but they always try to help you out. Very good location. However, there's always some smell coming out of my bathroom.
Review 11:Toilet was a far walk from my room. Wifi only worked on the ground floor and even then was a bit spotty.
Review 12:Central location. Room was very clean and showers as well. Room was spacious. Staff were available who spoke very good English. No noise from the street. I would stay here again.
Review 13:It was very hot during our stay and difficult to sleep as there was no fan or air conditioning.
Review 14:The staff were helpful and let us leave our luggage whilst we went off cycling around the beautiful Loire Valley for 3 days.
Review 15:A bit cramped and run down.
Review 16:Lovely staff. We wanted a a room for all the family, but this was a bit cramped. Location excellent. La trouvaille restaurant next door excellent.

Review 40:Good location, friendly staff, quite clean (except bathrooms)
Review 41:very central. nice view to the brigde. good price. new comfortable beds.
Review 42:Friendly stuff Cozy room Good location You can get to the blois cathel by foot. It takes for 10minte.
Review 43:its very cheap but do not expect much very loud doors on corridor makes you wake up every time someone is opening/closing no wifi
Review 44:very good location 50m from bridge 500m from center pub/restaurant just downstairs
Review 45:a bit pricey for breakfast
Review 46:the service was very considerate in terms of facilities provided such as towel, hand soap and even breakfast location was super, just on the side of river. Great view is you get a window facing it. Staff were also friendly given the fact that lot french people in small town don't speak English very well. They tried hard to help you out.
Review 47:The check in time is a bit late but not problematic due to luggage storage. The staff or owners didn't speak English (which was not a problem for me as I can speak enough French, but could be an annoyance to others). They also came around earlier than I would expect one morning to do cleaning (10am) and well they knock I was wearing ear plugs so I didn't hear which lead a to a brief awkward moment. On the note, earplugs are a must here. The door doesn't keep out the sound of other doors slamming (not frequent but enough) and if your next to the street (which I was) there was noise from traffic. (Though if your a budget european hotel traveller earplugs are probably going to be a must anywhere)
Review 48:I was upgraded to a triple room even though I was a solo traveller and ended up having my own private shower. Though I check the other communal showers and they were always in good condition. My room was big and had a fantastic view of Blois from its side of the river. Yes it's over the bridge but it's location is still really good to what you will want to see. They also had good luggage storage. I definitely felt I got good value for the money.
Review 49:Probably it was by mistake - receptionist counted one night more than I was intending to stay, he corrected it after I've pointed on it - so be careful and check your receipt.
Review 50:- Location - Friendly staff
Review 51:Room full of taste, bad decor There's no toilet in the room
Review 52:Prices were relatively cheap, good location
Review 53:the price
Review 54:If the lift is equipped is better!
Review 55:Generally it's a great place to stay.
Review 56:Good value for money
