Review 1：The apparthotel was hard to find as the address does not exactly fit the GPS address. There is no sign to the building, so we ended up driving around for about half an hour.

Review 4：Comfort, clean room with a kitchen and kitchenware, nice and big bathroom. We stayed in the hotel just one night after visiting D-Day landing sites, so location was good for us

Review 7：It's part of a hospital! Was advertised as a 2 bed apartment, that's debatable! There were 2 beds in a very very small room with a sink and a cooker. I wouldn't recommend this if you're planning a few days in Caen.

Review 8：Staff were friendly and the wifi worked. It was ok for what we needed, pretty much just a bed for a few hours. We were 4 bikers passing through and needed a place to sleep for the night before moving on. Location is ok, Tram line is right outside and takes you to the city centre in a few mins.

Review 9：we came and there was nobody, they did not react on out message we eould arrive at 11 in the evening. Securit could not help us, still they charged us the full costs as they said we did not make the annulation in time. We just booked 24 hours before!

Review 10：nothing. Apparently you can only check in before 9. So not suitable for travellers . It is apparantly like a student house.

Review 11：There were only 2 bath towels, one each for us 2 travelling. When we asked for an additional towel, they wanted to charge us for 2 Euros. They also did not replenish the bath gel dispenser despite stating they will provide. Luckily we had some of our own. One morning, we came down to the small dining room for breakfast and the whole room was filled with burnt toast smell, which made getting in and eating there unbearable. The receptionist gave us a look of 'I know' and a shrug on the shoulders. As she was the only staff manning the place, she was the one who had burnt the toast! Eventually, she opened up some connecting doors to allow for air ventilation so that the smell could dissipate. That is service for you.

Review 12：The location was just off Caen city centre, which was just a short drive away. Free parking was a big plus.

Review 13：No user heating/ventilation control. No telephone, hair dryer, kettle, cups, or mugs in room. Dangerous high position of microwave. Only one chair for eating in a double room. Table space inadequate. Clonking noise from hot water system wakes you up!

Review 18：Not the cleanest of places and some maintenance is required. My companion's room had an issue with the cooking facilities and could not use them. Possibly not a good position if you are a light sleeper as next to a hospital, but didn't worry us.

Review 19：The location was perfect for getting to Caen on public transport (excellent) and also within easy access of main roads. The staff at the door were friendly and very helpful, and had a good command of english. The facilities in my room were basic but sufficient.

Review 20：The kitchen equipment was sparse - there wasn't a mug for me to make tea with. I had to buy my own. The WiFi needs some work; it cut out on us multiple times and often would not be available for stretches at a time. It was extremely frustrating.

Review 28：All the smokers that hang around the entrance near the hospital. One is greeted with clouds of cigarette smoke upon entry and exit. Wifi after much fuss waiting for a connection worked for only a short while the first day. The next morning no connection whatsoever. A shame as we were trying to find places through google for Caen to visit, but alas no luck. Not easy to find. The website assures that parking can be reserved. Upon arrival it was only if the parking was n ot full.

Review 30：The free wireless connection was very bad. Most of the times it didn't work, besides, you had to connect it every few minutes and watch an add. I almost prefer to pay in order to have a normal connection.

Review 31：The fact it was in Hospital grounds,had to drive to eat , and see Caen. Nothing could be accessed on foot. Perfect location if visiting , or a patient in Hospital. We were on holiday, and were fortunate to only be staying one night.

Review 68：The staff were super helpful! I needed a bit of help getting my way north to Coursuelles-sur-Mer to see the beaches of Normandy and the front-desk staff were great. Awesome facilities and right along the tram-line which made getting to the gare and centre-ville very easy. Would recommend staying here for sure!

Not much glad about a reception they work primitive we could not find a milk for baby is difficult find any shop around them and I was asked her she even no offered for us not an interesting about visitors or it is just a french culture .
