Review 1：Staff were not very interested. Pillows were awful. The tea at breakfast was undrinkable, green tea and almost cold
Review 2：Very good location. Very clean room and en suite. For price the facilities were adequate. A meal in the evening had a good choice and was very nice.
Review 3：The staff are not always on duty and this makes the communication very hard. Specially Internet connection which requires requesting it from the reception and expires after a few hours.

Review 11：A warm & Friendly oasis in some not very nice weather! We arrived at lunchtime and the 18:00 check-in time was relaxed, indeed our stuff was taken to our room while we lunched in the restaurant. I noted instructions posted for how other guests arriving before reception opened could access their room. Excellent dinner in the evening professionally served.

Review 13：The room (no. 11) was great, with balcony. The cleaning of the room was perfect, and they tidied all my stuff up really nicely! The restaurant in the evening looked lovely and the breakfast was really good value for money. All the staff were really friendly and kind. Overall - perfect and I would definitely stay there again.

Good simple self-serve breakfast. I have had their 'plat du jour' recommended from local but was away during day. Probably having meal in terrace area very welcome at a warmer time of year. Evening meal could be simpler, but fine. Staff attentive and friendly.
Review 35：One of the staff people was very rude. Doesn't go for all of them, but this one really put me off. And because they have a restaurant downstairs (which is not even open all day long), you're not allowed to even bring a bottle of water up to your room. So what am I supposed to do if I am thirsty after the restaurant closed?
