Review 1：Basic but comfortable room. We had booked specifically as it had a bath, water was nice and hot! Location good for city centre and Futuroscope. Breakfast was super with a surprisingly varied offering.

Review 9：Fantastic location for a stop over when driving home to UK through France. We were really looking forward to eating in the restaurant after reading the reviews but they were fully booked. The receptionist (very helpful) got us a taxi into the centre (15mins) and we had a lovely meal there but its a shame we didn't think to book at the hotel. Nice small pool.

Review 31：The position of the hotel was good for the motorway but they are rebuilding the slip road which made life difficult The noise from the surrounding area is awful, going on all night from lorries to put-put motorbikes to machinery to youths yelling (this was a Tuesday night). The staff are desperate to get byou in bed by 11 pm when everything closes down - bar, restaurant et al and the staff escape at speed (the receptionist was in her car and away by 11.05! The only opens when the restaurant is open 7.30 pm to 11 pm promptly Beer £6 a pint

Review 35：The Hotel would struggle to get 1 star in UK, it appears 1990 was the last refit, its very dated, and the cleanliness is poor, whoever cleans does a quick flit, dirt can be seen in many places.This put me off the restaurant, it wasnt anywhere near full which says it all.

Bunk beds in our room made our 2 boys very happy! Places nearby to buy cheap breakfast and dinner if you don't want to pay the hotel prices. Review 90：Turning on the tv upon arrival was a shock as it is obvious that this hotel does not worry about potential users of the hotel. My recommendation would be that any family staying should be cautious as there are several pornography channels which are not censoring the images.

Review 104：The room was not very clean, the corridors are smelling like a hospital. Hotelwalls were loaded with dust like cobweb. No airco available and outside temp was 38 degrees, too hot inside. We could not cool down by opening a window as there were too many mosquitoes. Too much money (80 euro without breakfast) for a three star hotel with the appearance of an upgraded hostel.

Review 111：I think a few small touches such as tea / coffee making facilities, andslightly more attention to decor would move this hotel up the ranks .Our impression was that it was a little tired and in need of a bit offreshening upbut pleasant and friendly made up for it .

Review 113：The hotel was clean however it is in need of a significant internalupgrade. The rooms are clean and perfectly adequate but not modern.The interior of the rooms felt tired even though the walls and doorshad been recently painted over. This statement applies to the hotelin general.Room doors are opened with a key and need to be locked on the way out rather than operating on the usual card system. If you were to misplace your key the room number on the tag is a giveaway for any opportunistic thief.
Review 114：Well run hotel with very helpful staff at all levels. Good budget hotelwith a well run restaurant and bar. Easily accessible by car butotherwise taxis are essential between the hotel and Poitiers towncentre. Overall the Hotel is Ok and the price per night is competitive.
