Review 1：Facilities are very used and should be renewed. Wifi signal can be good or bad, depending on which apartment you're in.

Review 3：Television was not working for most of the week. Very small balcony- limited space for two people - anymore than that would not fit.
Review 4：Very well located - easy access to the beach; Spar Supermarket and very good independent bakery nearby; all the restaurants and bars in the town within short walking distance. Free parking in most of the town. Very helpful people.

Review 6：This was the second time we stayed at Marblau Apartments and enjoyed it just as much as the first time! Really great studios, walking distance to the beach (3min), easy to find parking in the public parking, great located between other nice locations with beaches such as Aguablava, Sa Tuna, etc. We especially appreciated the kindness of the staff who let us use the apartment the last time, even after check-out time!
Review 7：Building is located on a slope - we had a ground floor flat with windows only to one side. Very little daylight. Traces of mildew in bathrooms. Basic furnishing. Other flats in same building might be ok.

Review 13：Appartments clean but not maintained well e.g. 2 of the 4 patio sliding windows did not lock. Hence security risk of entry, theft, loss of property. Not good. I had to spend 45 minutes jamming them with knives to prevent possible entry. Was not easy. It would have only taken an hour or so to fix. I did not come on a DIY holiday. Further staff did not know correct wifi user&password. Minor problem.

Review 17：The towels need replacing, and a bath mat would be a useful addition. The pillows are the worst I have seen. It would be good to offer the choice of paying for a cleaning service rather than having to do it yourself, including making the beds on arrival.
