Review 1：The Hotel was excellent location for climbing Monti Cinto. An early start, after a very comfortable night at the hotel made for a good day. We were back in the early evening ready to enjoy a cold beer. The owner were very kind and helpful. A great bar/cafe with typical Corsican interior with a big open fireplace. Excellent Hotel.
Review 2：The second floor (attic) of the apartment has really low ceiling with dangerous beams- I hit my head really badly several times and I could hear our neighbours hitting their heads through thin walls.

Review 7：Room was a smoking room. Bed, pillows etc all smelled of cigarette smoke. Fridge was very noisy - had to unplug it to sleep at night.

Review 11：Le Bella Vista Residence may be more of an apartment style rental than a hotel, yet we stayed only one night after flying onto the island. We had a very large, third floor room on the top level of a building sited on a hill. It had a balcony with a lovely view of Ajaccio across the bay, a kitchenette, and air conditioning. Being set back from the road, it is quiet. We did not eat breakfast there, but the restaurant appeared reputable. The pool area is a feature and was a popular "nice" party area the night we were there. I would not choose Porticcio for an extended stay on Corsica, yet it was only 20 minutes from the airport. Just driving through Ajaccio at the wrong time, (rush hour, lunch hour) can take 30 minutes. We definitely recommend this hotel.
Review 12：Breakfast was not included and buffet was "decimated" by large groups, leaving no milk, no fruit, etc...on some days.
Review 13：Well situated for beach but also for visiting Ajaccio (by car). Excellent views of sunset from our balcony.
Review 14：Dirty condition of room - when we arrived the bin had not been emptiedand the fridge had not been cleaned. There was ash on the terrace. Ireported this to the man in reception who said he would call the cleaner- no-one ever came to clean. There were no covers on the duvets, I askedif this was normal and was told it was, but I have never stayed in ahotel or apartment where the duvets do not have covers.The shower access was very tight, it was difficult to open the door wide enough because it touched the wall. We are not large or overweight, by the way.

Review 18：The apartment had a large balcony with a fabulous view of the sea and we spent every evening watching the beautiful sunsets over Ajaccio. The pool is small and stylish with pleasant music playing constantly, sunloungers, shades and even shadey four poster beds rounds the edge. This is probably great for couples but not really fun for families with kids.
Review 19：The cleanliness was poor- Sorry for the project, because everything elsewas fine for a holiday-flat... The possibility of finding the hotel wasrather difficult. If you came from the little "town" near by the signswere not able to see. This was very early in the spring and the lowseason, and could possibly be better later on...
