Review 1：Hotel owner was very friendly. Wonderful to be able to park in the hotel lot. Accommodation was basic but just fine for one night and we were a short walk from Versailles. Breakfast is super expensive so just get something from the neighborhood unless you really don't want to venture out.
Review 2：We knew where the hotel was, but how to get there with a complex roadpartly cut off and partly too complex to find need some specificdirections for those coming from abroad, especially in the dark of thenight. It took several tries to get into the property.
Review 3：Very good Continental breakfasts and very helpful staff. Made things aseasy as possible, especially as our French isn't really fluent.

The hotel is old (so is the furniture in the room) and needs much renovation and updating. The bathroom is small and the door couldn't close.

Review 22：We had booked a twin and a triple room as we were a group of five men. On arrival, we were advised that they only had a triple reserved despite my confirmation to the contrary. There were no twins available so we were given two doubles, however, this meant that we had to pay for an additional room to what we expected.

Review 24：very outdated, dirty stained initially cheap old carpet, noisy street, creepy stained peeling furniture, inadequately high price for the value, I wonder who ever made 7.8 rate I was fooled with. My worst and overpriced stay in years. I paid 110+tx for 2 adults 2 kids, later found room price tag on the room door inside (which is usually higher than at this site) was 90 for 4 adults! Very unpleased and dissatisfied. Stay away.

Review 32：Staff does not speak English, the breakfast is very limited (only sweet). One day we had to wait for 50min to have breakfast because number of places for breakfast is very limited so only few people can eat at the same time. Also the price for the breakfast is too high because if you walk just few meters you can eat great breakfast in the local bakeries for that price. The floor in the rooms is noisy and the facilities are very basic. Anyway I think it is a decent hotel for the price we paid.
Review 33：Location of the hotel is great! The parking was also ok, although they have very limited number of parking places we managed to get the parking spot. Staff is friendly but they do not speak English.

Review 41：for 37e I paid this is a gem. The location is ideal, parking is included so no headache there, monuments & restaurants at lazy-walking distance. There was no real problem with the room. Ok it was a bit old, but for the price this is expected. Instead temperature was nicely controlled, hot water in the shower, no noise, in general everything you need is there. The fellow at the entrance was very helpful and cheerful.

The bathroom doorcouldn't be closed, unless someone from outside pushed it toclose. It was more like a two-leaf wardrobe's door than abathroom's door. Breakfast isnot included in the prce. Review 122：Exellent location, just in the center of Caen and near everythig (thecastle, the canal and the restaurants)! The owner is very kind andhelpful! The room is spacious and the price very reasonable. The tramthat passes just outside didn't bother us at all. Breakfast is abasic french breakfast, with baguette, croissant, confitures, nutella,orange juice and a hot drink.
