Review 1：I thought I was misled all the way from the start Too many hidden charges, that you only find out at the check out. Car parking extra 6 Euros. Breakfast extra 12 Euros (Black coffee, bread and butter, orange juice). Logement fee 2.90 Euros Very grumpy staff, bad customer service.

Review 2：We have stayed at this hotel before, and each time the reception staff have been miserable and unhelpful. This time we had 2 rooms and one smelt of sewage and one had threadbare towels, the staff unfortunately didn't care

Review 12：We had requested a room near the lift as I had broken my ankle and was on crutches. On arrival they gave us a room as far from the lift as possible. The miserable young receptionist then demanded a further 10 euros for a larger room near the lift.she also refused to allow us to use the back door to car park and I had to walk around the building to the front entrance. The receptionist in the morning was much nicer, but by then it was too late for a room change. Breakfast was not worth the 9 euro charge.

Review 14：Was very bad I was at room 406 I couldn't sleep at night all night i here the voice of water running it looks from the upper flour I told the reception about it but no one care

Review 15：Extremely noisy! Could hear water noise from bedrooms around as if I had my ear on the pipes. Other guests extremely loud when in hallway, and very poor sound insulation within.

Review 17：The room was out-dated and the air con is over the door which is separated from the room by a porch. This means that the room doesn't get cooled by the air con. Breakfast was advertised at 8 euros each yet we were billed 8.50 each. Also, breakfast is advertised until 10am yet at 9:15 the staff started packing things away and we felt as though we were being forced to rush breakfast and leave. You can't stop outside the hotel with your car to check in so if you're travelling alone then don't go by car. You can only access the car park once you've checked in as you need a code. The car park for the hotel is in the next street but due to the one way system it's a bit of a drive.

Review 18：Receptionist was very helpful. She opened the side door so that we could bring our bags in from the car as the parking was not near the hotel. We also asked for ice to take to our room and this was dealt with very quickly. The location was perfect, right in the centre of the shops and bars.

Review 19：the day of our arrival we were told that the free parking was not accessible due to a 2day street market. this caused us a lot of problems as we were not familiar with the city and wasted a lot of time finding alternative parking. The staff were unhelpful in that respect and we would have liked the option of cancelling and then we could have found somewhere away from the market area

Review 21：Booked a room for 4 and was very surprised to see what we received. One bed was a valid double, but the other was not. Felt like it was misrepresented. We're not large or over weight and the bed was just too small for 2 adults.

Review 29：Central location, good sound-proofing, was only on the first floor with a tram line outside, expected some noise or vibration, there was none. Comfy bed.

Review 30：The hotel receptionist was very helpful her english was certainly better than our french. She provided us with the information we needed and a map to find our way around the area we were interested in. Hotel was close to bus and tram stops which provided an excelent service. The room was exactly what we requested, and on a low floor as we are both pensioners. All in all a nice relaxing overnight stop, highly recommended.

Review 31：Access to car park very narrow and difficult to find. Bed ends in family room very dangerous as metal sticks out both sides and you constantly bash your shins into them...particularly when covered by the bedspread...watch out....especially with small kids!
