Review 1：The internet connection isn't good enough ! It is just sufficient for reading emails and messages. The cleaning was just once a week!

Review 3：The hotel could maybe invest in chair leg felt pads as the noise from people moving the wooden chairs on a hard floor can be heard at times.

Review 21：It's a very popular hotel, so you always see lots of people, sometimes it's a bit noisy. Night entry is somewhat complicated (make sure you get clear directions in advance). The room was a bit dusty.
Review 22：The room was very spacious, the kitchenette had all necessary utensils, including (very conveniently) a cleaning kit. Reception is always very nice. I stayed in several hotels in Divonne, and Zenitudes (there are two of them) are definitely the best value for money.
Review 23：Very nice place, we arrived about 1 am in the morning worried would someone be there to give the keys. they had stuck the details on the door where to find the room and also the keys. this was fantastic and if you are driving it is nearer to the airport. it was handy as we were coming from zermatt.

Nice kitchenette (enough cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, coffee machine, water kettle, microwave...) Super close to the Lac de Divonne, a really really nice lake (take a walk there when it's dark!). Very bright room with balcony to sit on (breakfast in the sunlight - great!). Enough storage options. Plenty of elevators.
Review 26：This apartment-hotel is very tired and looking a bit shabby and the corridors in particular have a bad smell. The room was basic and just clean enough. The bed was actually pretty comfortable. other than convenient location the other reasons for booking this place were free secure underground parking and wifi all areas - neither of which were available. If like us you have a small open-top car and would rather have secure and undercover parking then you should phone to check availability before booking.

Review 30：We traveled with children and have booked a family room for 5 people. When arrived in the evening we found an envelop at the door with the info that instead of one family room we will get 2 smaller rooms located in different buldings far from each other for 3 peple each. There was noone at the reception to explain that we are a family with small children and we need one room, not 2.
Review 31：The apartment wasn't clean. There were many spiders webs and many insects. The apartment doesn't have air conditioner, and we couldn't open the windows as there were many insects in the garden of the hotel. Also the WC was separated from the bathroom.

Review 33：My whole experience in thiz hotel was unpleasant. My complaints weren't being heard, instead we had a pointless conversation with the hotel, where they refused to admit and testify to my complaints. Furthermore, when we asked to leave because we didn't like the state of the rooms they said we couldnt without a penalty charge, which should never be 100% from the full payment for any reason. Also, the smell; they were disgusting to the point where public toilets would be considered better than them. We did our own cleaning as we didnt trust the hotel's housekeeping. The amount of dirt we found during our cleaning sessions was horrible. The room was filthy from the start of our arrival. The garbage rooms should never be near the rooms, so the people staying at the hotel don't smell the stink. Unfortunately, this hotel didn't unserstand this, and therefore we were uncomfortably surrounded by more annoying flies from the garbage room. Ultimately, a completely dissapointing exprience.

Review 82：It was barren, it was not especially clean, and the furnishings were cheap. There were no amenities - no soap, no dishrag, no sponge. In fact, one could purchase a sponge and an ounce of dish washing liquid for 5 Euro. There was toilet paper. There was no ice available in the building and the small refrigerator had no compartment for making ice cubes or keeping ice cream. The wifi was flaky - slow and sometimes working, sometimes not. In the laundry room, there was a dryer, but even though it was not in use, the front desk had no tokens for the dryer: the outside company that provided the washer and dryer had not come to empty the tokens collected for the dryer. The cost of using the washer, which did automatically dispense soap, was 5 Euro. I would not recommend Zenitude Hotel in Divonne.
Review 83：It was as advertised, a studio with a small kitchen along with a small table. Most of the people who worked there were pleasant enough as individuals.
Review 84：Breakfast is really poor. I have not big expectations but it should be offered more than just a 3-4 pcs of rolled ham for the all guests in the hotel and than who comes first take it and there is no more for others. Selection for the breakfast is very poor!
Review 85：Location, staff, cleanliness, comfort, price !!! We were visiting Geneva exhibition and this is excellent choice, just 15 minutes by car to the exhibition, avoiding Geneva traffic jam. Highly recommend for this purpose. This was 2nd year we use this hotel for visiting Geneva VitaFoods exhibition!
Review 86：The room was dirty and smelt damp and of stale cigarettes. Dare not look too closely in bathroom. I had a note in my room saying it would be cleaned every 3 days, no it wasn't! Had to take own garbage to the bin outside otherwise there may have been an extra charge!!!! Even the price didn't save it, not cheap for the standard

Review 88：We were upgraded to a bigger flat but which had a small bathroom withlarge mould stains on the wall and a wc which was not properly fixed tothe wall. The fridge was leaking and the equipment has definitely seenbetter days. The cleanliness of the room could be improved on(especially the floors). We had trouble locking the door and had to goto reception who explained that there is a trick to lock it which theydescribed as "safety mechanism". This should be clearlyexplained on the inside of the door itself.

Review 105：Some of the rooms/appart. are booked for long-term. In my room there was definitely a heavy smoker (even it is non-smoking...) It extremely smelled in the room, the walls were yellow and in the bathroom were still hair from the previous guest... Maybe I just got the wrong room but it was the worst room ever and I am travelling very often on business and private.

We were only there one night but could easily have stayed for the full week in comfort. Wouldn't have been the same without the balcony though.

Itwould go away, but it was always there when we returned. It smelt sortof like mildew, but after opening the windows it was fine. After bookingthis place we put in the notes that we needed a late check in, but wenever heard from them until we called them, and they replied it wasn't aproblem to check in late.
