Review 1：WE have stayed at this hotel for the past three years and love it. The location is perfect and the owners are very friendly and helpful. On each occasion they organised parking and on this occasion our son and his wife and our daughter joined us and parking was organised for them also. We will return next year for sure with our family.

Lots of cheaper breakfast choices a stroll away if you don't want to pay for the hotel breakfast. Hotel Group promotes its sensible green policies which we were happy to support.

Review 21：Difficult in English conversation. Loudy drinker outside in one midnight from 1 to 3am, but it could be inevitable in such a central location. Breakfast was just ok, not exciting.

It is a two star, budget friendly, clean and practical hotel in a perfect location in the centre of the delightful coastal town of Concarneau. The rooms are simply furnished and quite spacious.They have solid floors (so no stale carpet smells) The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms have a decent shower. There is free Wi-Fi available.We chose to have breakfast at one of the neighboring establishments as we prefer a 'coffee and croissant' start to the day.There are lots of excellent restaurants just minutes away. There is a good market on a Friday.If one stays in a hotel in the heart of a thriving town one must expect some noise at night at weekends. If this noise is unacceptable then one needs to stay in one of the hotels on the outskirts of Concarneau ( twice the price and at least a 20 minute walk away.)
