Review 1：-Wifi is extremly slow -Most of the staff doesn't understand english at all -since the Second day they didn't clean the floor -the interior in the hotel rooms are worn out

Review 2：We had to wait until 16.30 for our room on arrival. Although it states check in after 15.00. Our room was tiny with no view or separate bathroom. It was up a staircase accessed from the centre of the dining courtyard. It was noisy until gone midnight and everyone knew when we retired to bed!

Review 4：Very expensive room as we were put in the "old" part of the hotel. Pictures of these rooms are not put on booking so you expect a nice and modern room. This was not the case at all! Very old room, no space to put your toiletteries without them getting wet as the shower had no curtains, 2 electricitysockets is not enough in a room. Breakfast very expensive for the choice you get. 15€ and no pancakes, eggs & bacon,....only 2 kinds of cheese and meat, 2 kinds of bread and cereal, 1 kind of yoghurt and every day the same fruit! Not worth the money!

Review 6：we were given a small and room just above the dining patio. to access the room we had to walk through the tables while guests were having dinner or breakfast. no door between room and restroom - annoying

Review 8：The buffet breakfast was an additional €15 per person which can really add up if staying for a few nights and also eating in the restaurant for dinner. The rooms have very thin walls and you can hear all the noises in the hall and outside and in your neighbour's room. There are lots of families staying at the hotel and there never seems to be a quiet moment to enjoy the pool. This can be expected in July during tourist season but one should be aware of this nevertheless. Don't expect a romantic swim with your partner!

Review 9：The property is surrounded by vineyards and is a short drive to the Gorges du Ardeche. Staff will serve drinks to you at the pool. The onsite restaurant is quite good for breakfast and dinner. The room we stayed in had automatic rolldown shutters which kept the morning light and heat out.

Review 15：... room equipment, esp. bathroom condition not as expected for this price. The Hotel just opened the season when we stayed there. Therefore the dinner had only limited selection which was disappointing because we always enjoyed the hotel restaurant during our previous stays.

Review 19：the Standard room is very small and overprized,... only a 140cm bed and very short too, ... legs out of bed at the end, ... very hard bed, ... expected better comfort to sleep for this prize,... at least a good bed,.. no room for luggage, have to place it next to the bed and the room is full! only a few shower products and we only got it once for a three night stay, ... wasn t even enough for one shower!

Review 21：Our superior bedroom in the restored main house was sensitively converted but was rather cramped and had a stale smoke smell on arrival. The beds were very hard. It would have been nice to have had local, better quality bathroom products....being that we were in Lavender country!
