Review 1：Some of the young people serving on the terrace seem very slow and incompetent. This is the second time we mention this.

Review 2：the building just breathes luxury and most f the staff are very friendly and competent. We keep coming back.

Review 3：1. The delay in gaining access to our room - it was not ready until after 16.00 hours. 2. the swimming pool was, as usual, too cold.

Review 5：Location, poorly signposted and little information is given out with regards to the spa, golf, pool. I had requested two duvets in case of a double bed when doing the booking. Upon arrival I found a double duvet and went down to the reception to ask for two single duvets. When I got back from dinner I found a blanket and one 1 single duvet on the bed, but no bedsheets. This place is overall a bit surreal and strange.

Review 7：There are two kinds of connected rooms, small and large, the staff usually do not mention that. Therefore, you have to be careful when travelling with children to choose the bigger connected rooms which usually located at the 3rd floor.

Review 9：A restful and stylish refuge after a long business day in Geneve. A short bus and train ride to Geneve this was the perfect option to enjoy a quiet and relaxing evening after a long working week. Cooked breakfast had plenty of options for all diets in addition to a calm and restorative setting with idyllic view to gardens. The spa (sauna/cold dip/jacuzzi) offered the necessary break for the body and mind.

Review 19：Wonderful views and peaceful. Good food in the President restaurant and a very interesting President's Bar with English theme. The Grand hotel reflects all the graciousness of days gone by with its art deco style. Definitely a hotel to return to.

Review 92：The staff were fantastic, the pool very nice especially the paddlingpool for the kids. Food was good, room service very prompt. All in all agreat place to stay and will return. Slight downside is a lack of kidsmenu for the food but that's it.

Review 93：Check-out procedure was awful. Took forever. They had four staff members at the reception, yet only one person managed to handle the check-out. Although I settled the bill the night prior to departure and had prepaid the breakfast for my parents (who were the guests), my parents were still approached the next day to settle the breakfast fee. Took them a while to convince staff that this had already been settled.
