Review 1：in Restaurant there was signed a portion for one - but in reality it was like for two persons... so there was too much rests which I couldn´t eat

Review 3：Probably in the summer it wouldn't matter but as the weather wasn't that good there was not a place inside to sit and just be.

Review 5：This was a return visit with friends, and we were immediately upgraded upon check-in. Staff are always excellent - friendly, courteous and helpful. Beautiful location, right on the beach. We dined-in both nights and enjoyed delicious meals. Breakfast was very good. The infinity pool area is beautiful, and the hotel is very generous about access to the pool on arrival & check-out days. The hotel is spotlessly clean! Definitely one of our favourite places in the world.
Review 6：The location is absoloutely fantastic, virtually on the beach. The infinity pool is like been in the Atlantic. All the staff are really helpful and friendly.

Review 9：Wifi was useless, asked a reception and they said they had had a complaint a few days ago and suggested I hold my iPad up against the window, not great for 250-350 a night. Web said all rooms face the sea, apparently not the side ones. Only 20 poolside loungers so a bit of a scrum at 9am. The real pain was the Wifi though. Also TV configured so you can't plug in a iPad to watch a movie as you can't change the tv mode. Little things but this is 5* rated.

Review 11：Location is amazing. Best beds you can find. Staff is great. Quiet and very confortable. Rooms on the park and main beach access side can be a bit noisy as the hotel is right in the most desirable spot but nothing major. We enjoyed it a lot.

Review 13：Location of hotel could not be any better. Rooms on ground floor were perfect for any one surfing or going to beach as had its own entrance and didn't have to go through hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Review 14：The shower could use higher walls or glassed in so the water does not go everywhere. The bathroom is so modern, yet the mirror is so low you have to bend way down to use it.
Review 15：Location right on the beach. Very cute little beach front restaurant out front. Our room was beautiful with ocean view. Very modern,the reception staff is very helpful and polite. We enjoyed the gym, and pool. The town center is a 5 minutes walk and very cute. We enjoyed the Dunes of Pilat so much we will return.

Review 18：There was nothing not to like. Only downside no bottled water in the room unless bought from the mini bar! This is usually normal practice found at far cheaper hotels.

Review 20：The staff especially the restaurant manager were very unhelpful and made us feel very uncomfortable. No room service at all. No bar service outside restaurant opening times. Very difficult with young children. As the restaurant didn't open till 7pm. We stayed here in August and the staff were not great then so we knew what to expect but as surfers the location is great.

Review 28：Ground floor room was rather small with no sitting area. Poor international TV service. Sauna, jacuzzi and gym area lacking shower area and a bit of a let-down. Town rather basic and down market.

Review 59：Staff was not close to standard for a 4 star hotel, seemed confused at check-in and in restaurant. Bartender at pool tried to run us out of pool area assuming we weren't guest. Waiters dressed in uniforms that looked like maintenance workers clothes. The hotel operations did not support the intended image of a classy hotel. The town itself has little charm and was not enjoyable. We checked out early and forwent a nights rent because we didn't want to stay longer in the awkward environment.
Review 60：The room was comfortable and stylish. View of the ocean was impressive from the large patio. Sadly we couldn't order a bottle of wine by the pool even though the restaurant had full wine list a few meters away! Hard to believe we were in France.

Review 62：I loved the decor. The large windows make the room so bright yet the shutters were very effective at blocking out the sun when we wanted a lie in. The restaurant was excellent and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had a very nice stay and would come back.
Review 63：- Our room (no.9) overlooked the entrance area so that curtains had to be closed in order not to have the people look at you- wifi worked well but evertime it logged out (which a smartphone does quite often) you had to relogon with a very complicated user name and password - breakfast seems quite expensive for 15 EUR, so we had it in other places

The price of €395.00 is completely overpriced and I would only have paid a maximum of €200.00 had I known more about the hotel. No porters to help with the bags or park the car, not what I would expect from a hotel of this price.
