Review 1：Rooms were still being cleaned when we arrived and cleaner walked in on us later in the afternoon but was very apologetic.
Review 2：I was there with my teenage son for an unplanned overnight stay while dropping him off for a sailing camp. Trains had been delayed and we had to stay over so I booked the night before. In this context, it was perfectly adequate. It is in a good location, has friendly staff, and very good value (cheap and convenient). I would stay again under similar circumstances

Review 4：This is a great place for bikers, the owners have a lockable garage to the rear of the hotel. The owner was very helpful and made us feel welcome. Although we didn't eat at the hotel, it looked very good. If we were going to eat we would have had dinner in the hotel. We did have a drink in the bar. Overall it was excellent value for money.
