Review 1：The noise from the nightly entertainment is quite intrusive. It doesn't go on too late but it is perhaps a symptom of the hotel trying to get too much in on a relatively small site. Ideally the live entertainment and noise should be held in an area where it doesn't have an impact upon hotel guests.

The entertainment staff on Thursday 25/6 were excellent as they were every night for the kids. They performed the grown up entertainment on this night and they were BRILLIANT, FANTASTIC, I don't know where they get their energy from. Nothing was too much for the staff. Loved being a Family Son Bou guest xx

Review 10：Free wifi available but signal could be stronger and more consistent. Occasionally food could be hotter, but this is a personal preference, and there is a microwave available in the dining room.

Review 22：Amazing place - if you have younger children it's paradise! Staff were wonderful and the facilities and beach were fantastic.

Review 23：Very little to not like. The bar could have stayed open a tad later than 11 and pool may benefit from some kind of heating. Last week in May and very cold!

Review 24：The staff are so friendly - nothing is to much trouble. For young Children aged 2 to 8 I doubt there is a better Hotel on the Island. The food was delicious and varied and the Pools although a tad cold was wonderfully clean and spacious.

Review 25：Bit noisy, no downtime in afternoons for naps. Cleaners always cleaning (which is good but not if you or baby want to nap). Our flat was on bottom and we could aways here people or cleaners upstairs or around us. Moving furniture etc. Tiring after a while. The whole buffet experience is a stressful.Only realised when we were sitting down quietly in a small restaurant for a meal. Was careful to give our toddler meat, as in one restaurant, it is left out once cooked. But in other, you are able to ask them to do meat to liking (i.e. very cooked for toddler). Very little fresh food. Even the carrots are pickled! Fresh snacks for kids would be good. Lots of fruit i must say, but no carrots etc. Babyclub area was a bit boring for our daughter. Never saw paints or dough or anything like that out. Need more staff. Only 2 for lots of kids. Would never leave my daughter there on her own.

Review 27：The pool was wonderful, but the water was really cold, perhaps youshould consider heating it? Also, I know we were there off-season, butanother open restaurant would have been nice. The Buffett was a tadmundane. Also, renting things like snorkeling equipment would be a niceoption for visitors.

Review 28：Loved all the activities for children. The location of the hotel wasfantastic! The staff was very accomodating, the beach was so beautifuland clean and relaxing.

Review 29：Not a negative point, but more of a warning: Since it's so catered to families with children, don't expect a quite holiday if you're looking for relaxation. There are children everywhere (but if you have children of your own, this is of course a plus).

Review 30：Excellent stay, everything's organised for families with (small) children. Very friendly staff, always willing to help. There was a small error in my booking (got a room without a bath), but was fixed the next day. Two buffet restaurants that do their best to serve different kind of food everyday, quality was good and plenty of choice.

Apartments are cleaned daily, except for the kitchenette. Bedlinen are changed once a week, while towels are changed 3 times a week.
