Review 1：The breakfast had not so much to choose but still not bad for the price. We had to go back to the reception to get new wifi code and the wifi was unstable sometimes. No minibar was acceptable but not many selections at the small bar as well.
Review 2：All the staffs were very helpful and everything was very clean and cozy. I am willing to stay here again.
Review 3：The wifi barely worked in the bedroom, not enough signal to be easily useable. The room was very small; the heating didn't work well enough and it only reached 18-19 degrees max; with only 5 degrees outside. A member of staff came up and told us to switch the air off but it didn't help. The sliding shower door jammed while I was showering and I was stuck inside; luckily my husband was able (with difficulty) to open it from the outside. The railway line passes right behind the hotel. The hotel is a longish walk from the centre of town.
Review 4：Free secure parking good, there are some generic chain restaurants nearby, as the hotel is in an almost out of town redevelopment area with bowling alley, cinema etc.
Review 5：Hotel was a great night stop on our way down to Spain...friendly staff and very clean hotel...the AC was a bonus ...although we didnt realise that at the time!!

Review 10：Located 5 mins walking distance from a kebab restaurant Avesta opposite the train station. The food was great. Also the park (Parc Jardin Masey) is very close to the hotel. It is must visit destination when you are at Tarbes.

Review 15：Lovely, modern hotel with secure parking. We didn't go into the centre of Tarbes but there was a selection of good bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Review 16：Only two easily fixable things: 1. Pillows were awkward size and too soft to sleep on (personal taste, but we're not unusual) and 2. Wifi was useless - very low download and upload speeds.

Review 19：Located just outside Tarbes city center, the newer hotel Nex is modern, nicely decorated. You can easily walk to the pleasant city center and the beautiful Massey garden. There are a few newer chain restaurants close by and many others in the city center. The room is well equipped and quiet, the staff helpful. Good Wi-Fi, gated private parking.

Review 28：The hotel's outside façade is not very nice. Some nice flowers and plants could reduce this impression. The view at the windows is also not great. There was no place to put the soap in the bathroom. There was one hair on the bed cover.
Review 29：The room was comfortable and modern, a variety of food was available during the breakfast, the staff was pleasant and gave helpful tips. We were initially disappointed as the hotel appeared far from the center of the town and isolated from everything but we were quickly reassured by the lady at the reception who told us that restaurants were nearby and the town a few minutes away. In fact we were just far enough from the town's traffic noise which was great.

Review 32：Very poor lighting in the room, low wattage bulbs, difficult to read by. Very small desk, just about room for lap top, no working room. Heating would not increase above 22degrees? modern bathroom suit, but impossible to stop the show from spreading across the floor when on moderate to high pressure, no shower screen, this mean paddling around in water which became very messy.

Review 35：We had a very quiet room 317, without opening the windows. The twin beds were excellent. Great shower with good pressure. Very clean and modern. We did not have breakfast there but found an excellent patisserie, Valantin, across the road at 1 avenue Alsace Lorraine-great croissant and Nespresso coffee. At the SNCF, a 10 min walk, a free navette is available into the centre.

Review 69：This is a super, brand new hotel set in a part of Tarbes that has been “re-born” and will become an excellent leisure and shopping area, with many facilities already in place. The hotel is sparklingly clean and beautifully decorated in a modern style. The room was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent value being plentiful and offering a good choice. Some good restaurants are nearby for evening meals. The hotel has plenty of secure, free parking and we were able to find it easily with our GPS despite the newness of the area. The hotel is ideally placed for visits to Lourdes and the Cols of the Pyrenees and we would certainly not hesitate to use this hotel again.
