Review 1：The wi-fi service is free only 20 minuted a day.

Review 2：We were just married couple when we came to hotel. The hotel gave us some cute complements - a bottle of champagne and a busket of fruits. That was realy nice! We had a great staying there - the personnel is friendly and polite, the service in the room is perfect. The food in the restaurant was various and very tasty. We loved it very much! Great thanks to the management of hotel! They did a great job to make it so perfect! The hotel is situated very close to the beach, that is very comfortable. Moreover there is a great pool! We enjoyed the vast variety of activities that the hotel suggests - yoga, zumba, water polo, futbal, volleyball, ping-pong, shooting and others. The animation team is wonderful! We liked them very much! They are so interested in guests, always help, suggest and became really great friends to us! We suggest the hotel for visiting. It is the best hotel I have ever been to!!!!

Review 3：The single most annoying thing was by far the 'Animacion'activities - mainly executed in french and way too loud.We enjoy the freedom to do whatever we want when vacating. It includes e.g. sleeping/relaxing by the pool, sitting at our balcony enjoying a drink in the evening, drinking coffee or drinks at the bar etc. But that's impossible in this hotel unless you want to be accompanied by a really LOUD "entertainment show". I acknowledge, that some people like to be entertained this way, but I have never experienced a hotel, where everyone would be suffering from this noise pollution.During the daytime they play music at the pool-area and sometimes they have activities such as Zumba/dancing stuff where they crank up the volume. Every night the entire pool/bar-area is turned into a scene where "fun" stuff happens. The loud music can be heard everywhere - even inside the room on 3rd floor. But that's actually not the worst part... The guy in charge of "entertaining" the audience has a microphone, and boy he knows how to use it: " ONE, TWO, THREE, GOOOOOOO!!!" Music starts, music stops, he shouts, audience cheers and claps etc. Every night! Roughly until midnight. And mainly in French!? A lot of the guests seemed to be Frenchmen, although we also met a lot of Germans, Englishmen and local Spaniards. I wonder what they thought of the French fun invasion.Apart from the entertainment terror, I'd actually highlight the staff too. Except from the sweet cleaning lady who greeted us in the hallway every morning, the majority of the staff was lacking customer service training. I can't put my finger on specific things, but the overall atmosphere were stressful, and the waiters were always in a rush. We did not feel welcome."Free wifi" = 20 min of free wifi in the reception area. Even though I'm quite tech savvy, it never worked on my devices.

Review 4：We had ordered a suite, which was very nice and spacious (unfortunatelywe were first assigned an ordinary room facing away from the pool area -I'm glad we opted for the suite!)Nice firm beds and great balcony Pool-area was ok as such, but many guests seemed to reserve the sunbeds even though they did not use them. Our stay included breakfast and dinner, and the food was good, but not great. Great variety and amount of dishes though. We were surprised to find nice fresh salad, fruit and vegetables, and a fine selection of cheeses. Nice shallow sand beach close by.

Review 5：Very dysfunctional hotel (Think Faulty Towers...)* Walls Paper-thin. Do not come here for a romantic holiday. Your neighbours can hear everything.* Very poor selection of food (same every night). Mostly preheated and very poor quality. My advice is do not eat here. You will very disappoint.* No maître d´ at the door to guide you to your table for breakfast or dinner. Too much time waited walking around looking for an empty table. The scene was of complete chaos and a room full of dirty tables.* Rude reception staff, especially the Young French receptionist during the day who accused my wife of stealing a towel when she went to hand back our towels (without the ticket) at the end of the week and the old Spanish receptionist at night who had no idea what was going on entertainment wise at the hotel. I was with a party of 4 people and we all had similar experiences with the receptionists. Very poor attitude.They definitely need customer service training and more information regarding what is going on at the hotel.* Breakfast and dinner times aimed at French and UK market (Breakfast finished at 10.30am and Dinner 9.30pm).* Very rude waiters in a rush to clear breakfast tables. (30- 40 minutes before scheduled time). Kitchen also closed early. The waiters were only interested in finishing early; it was like a race to the end.* No live cooking (Steaks, Fish). The only live cooking they had during the week was a night where they prepared sausages and hamburgers. This was disgraceful for a 4 star hotel.* Entertainment during the day focused on the French Market. (The French dominated the hotel).* Evening entertainment was very poor. On two nights they had live singing and dancing (blues brothers and Flamenco). The rest of the nights they had a "crazy entertainment show" mostly in French. Do not expect to be entertained at this hotel.

Review 6：* Large Swimming pool, plenty of space to swim. * Within walking distance to one of the best beaches in Majorca (Playa del Muro). * Rooms cleaned quickly and efficiently every morning.
