Review 1：We had a nice deal for the New Year! We were looking for a nice, comfortable place were to relax when coming back from skiing. It was just what we needed. The stuff - friendly and attentive; the breakfast - delicious.

Review 2：WiFi was really bad, deserves some improvement. The bar could have more options of liquors, specially considering the nice fireplace available...

Review 3：The hotel dates from 1490, great atmosphere and antiques all over the place. Staff was courteous and attentive. Very good food, taken care by the owner and chef.

Review 4：Although the hotel offers good rooms it was hard to like it because of the pretentious but rather unfriendly atmosphere.The welcoming was very poor, no indications were given on the facilities of the hotel ( I had to ask myself what time breakfast was served, if there was a sauna, etc).In the hotel booklet it was stated that breakfast can be served before the usual 8:00 a.m on demand. We kindly requested that but were refused. Breakfast lacks warm buffet choices (omlette for example) and croissants, which are custom to 4 stars hotel. Speaking from experience, one normally gets more flexibility and hospitality in Austrian establishments (especially 4 *) so this was a one off that I do not happily recommend.

Review 11：I liked the spacious room and balcony. Perfect after a hot day's cycling. This hotel is right on the Tauern Bike path in a small village. From here you can put your bike on the bus and go over the hill to Hintersee. Try the kaiserschmarm with fresh strawberries.

Review 12：Proximity to church bells at early hours Smoking is allowed in bar which is often heavily populated with smokers, the bar is adjacent to the lounge area and breakfast room making it unpleasant at times with cigarette smoke.
