Review 7：The worst reception ever. I've been waiting eagerly for visitingMont Saint Michel for few years, and I finally could come to visitthere. Visiting Mont Saint Michel might be once in my lifetime. However,I was disappointed by the reception lady. She looks down Asian lookingpeople, non native English or French speaking people even though shedoesn't understand English well. I couldn't communicate withher. There was a guy who was really thoughtful and was a good Englishspeaker tho. Maybe this is a good accommodation for native speaker orlocal people.To. Aux Pommier. I think you need to reconsider your attitude, if you would like to welcome more visitors from all over the world. Problem was not because of the language, was your inconsideration. Good luck with your business.

Review 9：The beds were very hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. The distance from the bus/parking area for Mont. Saint Michel was really far for those of us wheeling our luggage.

Review 11：We didn't like that they charged for children under 4. Also, thatthey required boys to have a tight fitting swim trunks (no shorts) forthe pool. The kids playground was nice, but with a hard gravel ground.My son fell off the ladder face first in the gravel ground which made alarge boo boo on his head. Had there been a softer ground it would nothave made such a mark.

Review 12：The location was good and it was nice to have a pool too. There was abakery just 2 doors down for our own breakfast. Shops were close by aswell as Mont St. Michael.
